** The final phase of "Countdown" on Hard and Insane loves to put hit markers right before and after sliders, so you have to tap them, quickly jump on the slider, then after the slider is done, jump onto the next one. The song's fast pace makes this tricky to grasp, since few other songs demand this of the player.

%%General example ** A long chain of hit markers might be intimidating in the first ''Ouendan'' and ''Agents''. But in ''Ouendan 2'', you might occasionally see a few long chains of hit markers in which a few or several of them are stacked together. Good luck trying to get through them unscathed on your first go.
%%General example ** Phrase markers with a hit marker stacked right on their starting point can be a pain on the upper two difficulties in the sequel and can be frustrating obstacles to full combos and S-ranks that stick, especially when there's very little time between the hit marker and the start of the phrase marker. Double-tapping and then immediately dragging to follow the phrase marker's ball is not an easy move to pull off, especially in the harder, more beat-intense levels towards the end. It's even worse if the phrase marker in question is short and reversible, especially in the ones in the last phase of "Countdown"...
