For ''102 Dalmatians'', [[YMMV/OneHundredAndTwoDalmatians go here]].

* BrokenBase: The first live-action movie is a base breaker on its own compared to the animated version, but the sequel is even more of one. Was it better, worse, or on the same level as the first movie?

* FamilyUnfriendlyAesop: You should never give a second chance to anybody. S/he will most probably become evil again if s/he's anywhere near the Big Ben, anyway. Whoever wrote that must have missed the fact that Cruella wasn't the only character in probation.
* HamAndCheese:
** It may not be six-time Oscar nominee Glenn Close's most profound role, but she makes a really good Cruella and is clearly having a ball hamming it up.
** In the sequel, fellow Oscar nominee Gerard Depardieu is also a CardCarryingVillain, made even more flamboyant by [[FashionVictimVillain ridiculous clothes]] that somewhat surpass Cruella's own.

up.

* VillainDecay: Cruella was noticeably less menacing in the second live action movie than she was in the first (but still just as hammy).
* TheWoobie: Oddball in ''102 Dalmatians''.

* JerkassWoobie:
** Horace and Jasper could qualify considering they have to endure the berating of their BadBoss Cruella.
** In the sequel, Thunderbolt does act pretty dickish towards Lightning, to the point where he's almost justified for trying to get rid of Thunderbolt. It's just a shame, he had to cross the MoralEventHorizon later on.

Cruella.

* MoralEventHorizon:
** Both Cruella and Jasper are already established as cruel for their part in stealing the puppies, but both of them cross the line when they try to run the truck off the road to catch the puppies and if it wasn't for Horace's clumsiness, they might have succeeded.
** What sympathy you may have had for Lightning goes out the window, when he knowingly leaves Thunderbolt and the puppies to die.

succeeded.

* {{Sequelitis}}: ''Patch's London Adventure'' makes this the third version to have a sequel. But as far as Disney sequels go, it's one of the better ones.

Added DiffLines:

* HollywoodHomely: When Pongo is scouting out a mate for Roger (and himself), the first woman to walk by is a gangly brunette in glasses and a beret, carrying an easel and walking an Afghan hound. Pongo is quick to dismiss them both, but she's not at all bad looking, and probably not the worst match for Roger, considering they're both artists.

* EarWorm: ''[[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LEc0woB3piM Cruella de Vil]], Cruella de Vil... if she doesn't scare you, no evil thing will...!'' Arguably justified in its catchiness in that Roger's a musician.

* ValuesDissonance Pongo hides behind a closed door in another room during Perdita's giving birth to their pups. In the modern-age western world, if a biological mother and biological father are still romantically involved at the time of birth of their child, it can be considered the norm that the father is present at the birth (though some may get squeamish, leading to the trope of them [[PanickyExpectantFather passing out during the birth of their child]])

* VisualEffectsOfAwesome: All of the cars! Looks like CGI, right? Actually, they're wooden models with hard black lines painted on their edges, photographed moving in real time with every frame then blown up and xeroxed onto animation cels. Despite all this, they haven't aged ''a day''!
