Actor trivia shoehorn and Examples Are Not Arguable

* HarsherInHindsight: The entire plot arguably qualifies as this since it revolves around Lindsay Lohan becoming incredibly unlucky and Chris Pine becoming much luckier which is pretty much what would shortly happen to them in real life. Chris Pine was cast in Film/StarTrek2009 shortly after this film and became a major star whose career is still going strong and garnered considerable critical respect. Lindsay Lohan, whose career was already struggling due to her instances of difficult behavior, hit a major stumbling block with both this film and Film/IKnowWhoKilledMe that she still hasn't recovered from and is generally known more for her swift decline than for her work.

** Chris Pine does his best to make Jake a sympathetic character, which he does, and was even on board for the comedy in the film and generally bring his usual charm and lightness of touch, but the film isn't nearly good enough to justify his performance.
** Poor [=McFly=] do a decent job with what they're given, especially since they're not actors, but they're not in their scenes long enough to justify actually trying to act.Ad

Zero Context Example, lists a subversion when YMMV cannot be played with, speculation.

* SignatureScene: Supposed to be when the two leads kiss for the first time, but it might be when [=McFly=] performs their song, 'I've Got You,' which is the only song, of three total, that they play in the film for more than 30 seconds.
