Aizawa is forced to attend a press conference where the school and Nagumo's family try to coerce him into confessing to being the ringleader behind Shiori's bullying in order for them to save face. Instead, he exposes the school's attempts to cover up the bullying and calls out both the attitude that SchoolBullyingIsHarmless and the school system's response towards bullying, showing off his scar-ridden body and citing both his and Shiori's suicide attempts to punctuate his points. This ends up inspiring Yumi to make a HeelFaceTurn and come forth with the message logs of her and the other bullies celebrating their bullying efforts, putting the nail into Nagumo's guilt.
