** Numerous things staying the same despite the [[ForWantOfANail numerous changes to the plot]], such as Bell getting Firebolt, being attacked by a minotaur, and joining the Hestia Familia, have been met with mixed reception. Some don't mind them, noting the other changes to the plot such as Haruhime joining as a BareFistedMonk rather than a SupportPartyMember, but others would have preferred more drastic changes to the plot.

Accidental Innuendo is when it sounds like this out of universe. In-universe it's more like "That Came Out Wrong".

* AccidentalInnuendo: Bell gives one after his FakeOutMakeOut with Ryuu.
--> “...Was... was it your first kiss too?” He asked quietly, trying to not sound hopeful. Ryuu looked up, eyes wide before she coughed and looked away, hiding her mouth with her right hand.\\
“W-what if it was?”\\
She was quite skilled then. Bell naturally didn’t say those thoughts out loud. With a small smile, he nodded at her.\\
“Then I guess it’s fine. I lost mine, you lost yours?”\\
“Phrasing, Bell,” Ryuu muttered, causing his face to heat up.

* BrokenBase: The borderline StoryBreakerPower of most of the Servants-turned-Adventurers has been a point of contention, as it completely overturns Orario's reputation as an untouchable city filled with the strongest adventurers. Not only that, but the sheer speed with which the Servants have reached those heights is also alarming, as the only people who come close either have an extreme MetaPowerUp like Bell or are geniuses who have fought both the strongest adventurers and the Dungeon's most fearsome monsters. The idea that the Servants can reach this power without access to the Dungeon stretches the story's rules, though the author explains that their lifetimes of accomplishments would accelerate their growth rate similarly to Bell's.

* FridgeBrilliance: Looking at it closely, it makes sense why Bell is able to get Kojiro to at least slightly change his ways when Ritsuka Fujimaru couldn't. First of all, he's incarnated here, while he was a Servant with Chaldea. A Servant is a temporary existence, so there wouldn't be any incentive in changing. On the other hand, as an incarnated human, he is a part of the living, meaning he can change the world and it can change him. Secondly, Ritsuka is able to befriend basically every Servant he summons. He accepts who they are and what they are like, and they work together to save humanity. Here, Kojiro isn't looked at as just a friend, but a Hero for Bell to emulate and look up to. Kojiro's relationship with Ritsuka was more like between equals with mutual respect, while his relationship with Bell is as a role model and teacher, so he feels he has more to live up to.

* {{Adorkable}}: Bell is still the same as ever, a girl-chasing, easily embarrassed, and dorkily polite young man with big dreams and the FarmBoy naivete to go with it. People in and out of story adore his cuteness.

* FandomNod:
** The story makes fairly frequent use of ''Fate'' fandom jokes. For instance, Ryoma and Kojiro discuss the possibilities of their strange incarnation into the world as humans in hushed tones, but when Bell asks what's going on, they brush it off as a joke. Bell points out that their conversation sounded quite serious, Kojiro simply replies that "Jokes are the deepest of lore."
** When Bell discovers his own magic, Brunhilde is elated that she's met a practical TeenGenius at magic, telling calling him a jackpot and an SSR not unlike gacha rolling.
