* UnfortunateImplications: The one character most changed for the game is Benny, who went from an (formerly) openly homosexual scientist to a seemingly-straight military officer. (The programmers have since gone on record to state that they envisioned him as in the closet.) This is more than a bit odd, considering all the other controversial issues which were included. * NightmareRetardant: The ''concept'' of the story is absolutely terrifying (especially when you consider how prevalent computers are in 21st century society...), but the story itself isn't. At times it's so over-the-top it's almost funny. Scenes that particularly stick out include the manna that tastes like "boiled boar urine", and the archangels that sing "Come Down Moses"...
