In the next episode, ''[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMyQo-FgxVA Fred is Left Alone with Claudio]]'', Fred's mother LEAVES FRED ALONE WITH HIM and Claudio continues to do more creepy and outright messed-up things to harass Fred. * AcceptableTargets: Kids who need medication and have social issues. Not to mention his parents. At the time of the series, movies, and TV show's release, these types of people were not understood and were subject to wide ridicule as a result.

* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: In the movies, there is one practically every 3 minutes. (ZCE: The three requirements of the trope are that the scene comes out of nowhere, does not make sense in context, and is never referenced again afterwards. These examples don't explain any of these criteria)

* OneSceneWonder: John Cena's appearance in his second film was pretty funny, and to most the only funny bit in the film. It helps that Cena and Fred got to wrestle Mr. Devilin and Kevin.
* SeinfeldIsUnfunny: The idea of having a Website/YouTube-exclusive web series with AlterEgoActing was a fresh one at the time, but nowadays, this formula has become much more common across a variety of sites and apps, so modern viewers are unlikely to find it very novel.
* SoBadItsGood: In the movies and TV show, the humor is notably below kindergarten level and the acting is violent and forced, even by Nickelodeon standards. All while trying to be serious.

* TaintedByThePreview: Viewers became annoyed as soon as they saw the previews for the Fred Show. New audiences were annoyed by his high pitched voice, his haters were annoyed that he was getting a show, and even his fans felt that three movies and a television show was a bit much.
