Afterwards, he goes back in time, causing a dark future where he reduces the world to an apocalyptic wasteland; [[HeroKiller murders numerous heroes]]; and reduces Reed Richards to mere putty. When the heroes went back in the past to stop this, Charnel murdered most of them while gleefully gloating how he'll reshape the world [[InTheirOwnImage in his image]]. After his first defeat by Death's Head II, Strucker comes back to life to resume his plans, completely incinerating one of Death's Head's allies alive in the process.
