* UnintentionallyUnsympathetic: Nicholas and Ruthanne are utterly offended when they see Linda's text describing them as a "nightmare couple," and Linda ends being the one apologizing to them for the insult. This is despite the fact that Nicholas and Ruthanne ruined the double date from the beginning by being obnoxious, pushy, and inconsiderate towards Bob and Linda, dragging along Nicholas's useless emotional support dog, insisting on communal dining and hogging the good food, and then forcing Bob and Linda to do the escape room. Had the two at least apologized or acknowledged their behavior, then ''maybe'' Linda's apology would've been deserved.
