* CantUnHearIt: In non-Barney Bunch videos with Microsoft Sam, such as ''Machinima/GuardsNRetards'', ''Machinima/ArbyNTheChief'', or the infamous "My [=ROFLcopter=]" video, it's hard not to hear the "soi soi soi soi soi soi" as the sound of ejaculation. Hell, one can't hear the voice itself without thinking of Drew Pickles.

** Sometimes, when a person new to these videos makes one, they'll get things absurdly wrong, ranging from the scenes of a Drew Pickles Goes To video being out of order, to WesternAnimation/YogiBear and WebVideo/PubeMuppet [[FoeYay being Drew's boyfriends]].

* The InNameOnly [[https://thebb.fandom.com/wiki/The_Barney_Bunch Barney Bunch wiki]] has very little to do with the Bunch, and when they do have it be about the Bunch a lot of information is wrong, such as Drew Pickles Jr.'s design being a PaletteSwap of Dil Pickles rather than the HalfHumanHybrid, and most notoriously ''females being included in the Bunch''. ** Drew letting [[Creator/MasahiroSakurai Sakurai]] go away peacefully, given how he tends to rape anyone in sight. He congratulates Sakurai for his hard work on [[VideoGame/SuperSmashBros Smash Bros.]] and even says he deserves a long break, given how he even put his own health at risk.

** The frequent use of slurs, particularly the "f"-slur towards gay men, would usually count as ValuesDissonance, but considering it's being used ''to this day'' puts it in this category.

[=DrewPicklesisSwell1957=] has used this example to "expose" (i.e. encourage so much trolling towards someone that even Website/SomethingAwful goons would be hiding their heads in shame) some internet users, especially a user called Erik "[=Tazman=]" Mokracek.

* HarsherInHindsight: A Wiggles video from 2009 involved them having heart attacks from eating too much shit. Greg Page nearly died via cardiac arrest during an original members (Greg, Anthony, Murray, and Jeff, who are usually depicted in BB videos) reunion gig for Australian bushfire relief.

** Some people's reaction to "Drew Pickles Goes To" videos. In fact with new users, it's seen an obvious decline in quality, being completely usurped by videos about the Wiggles, Doug Funnie/Skeeter Valentine, Ronald [=McDonald=] and others.
** The Blood-style videos (the ones with just one image of a character and with titles like "DREW PICKLES IS A REALLY GAY GAY GAY GAY GAY MAN!") are viewed by some as having grown tiresome, however this hasn't stopped it from essentially becoming the predominant mode of Barney Bunch videos throughout the mid-late 2010s (at least on the [=Vidlii=] side of the fandom).

* MoralEventHorizon: Obviously given the context of these videos, this is very common, but in videos made since the mid-2010s, characters cross this line literally all the time with no inhibitions or remorse, ESPECIALLY The Wiggles.
* PunctuatedForEmphasis: [=LadyJikuya=]'s unique style of videos invokes this as a gag, in which Drew tries to do a specific thing, fails and Dies. Dies. Dies. Dies. Dies. And then tries it again in a different context.

** "The fat kid from ''Series/TwoAndAHalfMen''". in 'The Wiggles Go To Denny's', who goes on (in the Wiggles' words) a 'psychotic bullshit' rant about how homosexuals are going to hell, television is satanic and that Two And A Half Men is whoremongering filth, which leads them to call up a lengthy list of 'buttbuddies and sexslaves' (a common plot device in Barney Bunch videos made from the early-mid 2010s onwards although sources say it was used as early as 2009 by user Barney Bunch Company). They all nail him to a cross made out of dildis and brutally rape him.

* SurprisinglyImprovedSequel: In a sense. One of the much later "Secret Missing Episodes" [[https://youtu.be/lJ5CffvME8Y based on]] ''Anime/NeonGenesisEvangelion'' is full of ''Eva'' {{Mythology Gag}}s and other homages to otaku culture, has the characters keep aspects of their original personalities, and directly parodies Episode 24 of the series while using footage and music from the franchise, bringing it halfway between a typical Barney Bunch video and an [[TheAbridgedSeries abridged series]]-style GagDub.
