* JerksAreWorseThanVillains: The official BigBad of the story, Vivian Walton, is a CorruptCorporateExecutive who nevertheless gets lots of character insight thanks to her backstory, her [[TheChessmaster Chessmaster]] behaviour, and the fact that she's actually [[spoiler:in control of the ''entire'' plot up until the very last line before the credits roll]]. In comparison, Angela's immediate boss Kendra isn't hinted to be any kind of major player in the story and is just there to be a general nuisance and character to be despised.
