** Chaos Dragonlord Vath not only enslaved the dwarves, but also his own dragon. He doesn't care how much pain and suffering he's causing the dwarves in the slightest and doesn't even care if they starve to death, as long as they can forge enough Chaos Gemeralds to keep him happy. Worse yet, Vath even threatens to enslave the rest of Lore and will throw the bodies of anyone who tries to foil his plans down to the dwarves as a demonstration of what happens to those who oppose his might.
** Chaos Lord Krellenos [[MindRape chaorrupted his brother Antiphuus]] and allowed his kin to blame the Horcs for his death. He proceeded to steal an Arashtite ore of the Accord of the Dark Sun from the Ravine Temple to chaorrupt friends and family alike, doing so to his family and to the Horcs as well.He began using the chaorrupted generals of both sides of the Alliance to try to shatter said Alliance and get the Hero blamed for it all. Krellenos proved willing to sacrifice anything — even family — for Chaos power all while starting a huge war.

* CreatorsPet: Memet the nightmare Moglin is a character that receives quite some flak from fans due to her constant featuring in filler releases, and her character doesn’t provide anything interesting aside from being able to serve as a messenger for greater characters like Mirror Drakath. This is partly due to the fact that the real life Memet is the main story release writer, and it just so happens that she likes featuring herself in events.

* MemeticBadass: Artix. If he wasn't badass enough, this game adds that he's the Champion of Darkness with the power to lay waste to the world.

* ShockingSwerve: During the Queen of Monsters saga finale, we see [[spoiler:that the Queen has been killed, with the new BigBad Malgor holding her head in front of the hero. Then Malgor reveals that it wasn’t him who killed her, but the hero who just so happened to forget those events. Keep in mind that there was no mention or hint of Malgor anywhere beforehand.]]

* {{Narm}}: Glutus is built up to be a repulsive ManEater monster, however when fighting him the first time only his head acts as an individual monster. If the player moves to the side, his head floats off from his body to follow the player.

* ThatOneLevel: The Delta V Laboratory area based on BioBeasts has some of the toughest areas in the game to get through. You have to defeat every monster in each room in order to continue to the next, and some of the monsters' HP tends to be high. They also do good amounts damage, and some of the ones in later zones of the lab tend to become aggressive when you approach them. The most difficult zone, of course, is the final one, the hangar, where all of the monsters there are high-HP, high-damaging, and aggressive all at the same time.
