However, eventually the EndOfAnEra loomed, as Adam Cole turned heel on his friends with a series of Superkicks that left Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong feeling betrayed and the group in tatters. Bobby Fish was out with a tricep injury, so he missed this, and by the time he got back the stable was defunct. All four competitors continue to wrestle for NXT as singles wrestlers until August 2021, when Fish was released and Cole allowed his contract to run out without signing a new deal and later signed with Wrestling/AllEliteWrestling.

* ActionDad: Has two daughters.
* AwesomeMcCoolName: If by 'awesome', you mean "tailor-made for a snappy, easily memorable ring name". As you can see above, his actual birth name is 'Robert Anthony Fish.'
* BadassBeard: Bobby certainly has great facial hair.
* BashBrothers: With O'Reilly most of the time, but has also tagged with Strong.
* BigBrotherInstinct: As the eldest member, he's the one most often ready to throw down for messing with his brothers, especially Kyle. Wrestling/EC3 definitely found this out the hard way.
* BrooklynRage: Well, Albany Rage, but he's definitely short-tempered.
* CommutingOnABus: Spent a good chunk of 2018 inactive, owing to a knee injury, but still appeared with the stable in backstage segments.
* ExtremityExtremist: Proficient in Muay Thai and kickboxing (enough to have been a legit competitor in both sports), though he's more of a power wrestler.
* FascinatingEyebrow: The best in wrestling aside from Wrestling/TheRock.
* GlassCannon: Has a tendency to be injury-prone; went down with a serious knee injury in 2018, a non-serious elbow injury in 2019, and a triceps tear in late-2020.
* IKnowMaddenKombat: Like many former football players, Bobby employs the Spear in his arsenal.
* RedBaron: The "Infamous" Bobby Fish.
* SirSwearsALot: Has always had a potty mouth, especially on the indies, but it's become an issue now. According to Adam Cole, Bobby's been told more than once to watch his mouth during NXT matches (which have mics built into the canvas and ring) and it got so bad during War Games 2019 that the production team yelled at him too.
* ThemeNaming: Fishes, [[MeaningfulName of course]].

* BreakingTheFellowship: [[ContinuityNod As he has done before]], Cole can't stand anyone in his faction achieving more fame or respect than he has. Kyle O'Reilly's failed title run against Finn Balor apparently woke Cole up, and just after O'Reilly's attempt to join forces with Balor, Cole turned on O'Reilly, superkicking him. He made it clear that his focus is now only on himself in the following weeks, where he would cruelly taunt Roderick Strong before beating him down, then giving O'Reilly a brainbuster into the steel steps, injuring him.

* AirGuitar: One of his most consistent character quirks is him playing air guitar on his title, sometimes even tuning it like a real guitar.
* BashBrothers: With Fish, and occasionally Strong.
* BewareTheSillyOnes: He may be the kookiest member of the UE, but he is also a deceptively strong striker and technical wrestler.
* ButtMonkey: Often on the receiving end of hilarious yet painful moments such as hitting himself with a steel chair (it seems to be becoming a RunningGag in [=WarGames=] matches).
* CanadaEh: He hails from Vancouver and occasionally exploits his accent for laughs.
* DistressedDude: The most frequent target for other wrestlers, despite being the tallest member of Undisputed Era.
* ExtremityExtremist: Like his partner Fish, he's a black belt in Brazilian ju-jitsu and does Muay Thai, and has been known for his striking and submission skills.
* LightningBruiser: His signature style - quick but powerful strikes.
* MythologyGag: Kyle has mentioned squat thrusts a number of times, which Wrestling/{{ReDRagon}} fans will know is a crippling addiction of his.
* TheNicknamer: Nigh-incapable of calling his opponents by their actual names, Kyle tends toward goofy nicknames for them. Highlights include "Peter DOOOOONE"/"Peter Pumpkineater" (Pete Dunne), "Dijagorbachev" (Dominik Dijakovic), "Timofee Fatcher" (Timothy Thatcher), "Ol'Grimey" (Cameron Grimes), "One-ey and Two-ey" (Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch), "[=KushiDUH=]" (Kushida), "GUNTHER and the Imperi Oompa Loompas" (Walter and Imperium), "the Young Grizzly Veterinarians" (Grizzled Young Veterans), and "Bron Swanson" (Bronson Reed).
* NowThatsUsingYourTeeth: Stuck in Finn Balor's submission hold, his face was the closest body part to the ropes, so he bit them to force the break. It uh, [[BloodFromTheMouth backfired]], as Balor would gain payback on O'Reilly for his jaw injury.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness:
** Stopped himself from playing AirGuitar at his entrance at NXT [=TakeOver=]: New Orleans, since Bobby Fish was out injured and was replaced by Adam Cole, who was weakened from having wrestled a ladder match for the NXT North American Championship earlier that night, meaning that their title reign was in serious trouble.
** Wasn't in the mood for the Era's usual antics during a promo to announce their choice of competitor to face Pete Dunne for the War Games Advantage. Kyle interrupted Adam to say he "needs" to face Pete Dunne to get some payback for Dunne's surprise chair-shot of the week prior.
* RedBaron: He doesn't use it as frequently in NXT, but he's been called "the Violent Artist" for a while.
* RememberWhenYouBlewUpASun: Did you hear that Kyle O'Reilly broke Wrestling/FinnBalor's jaw in three places? NXT commentary will remind everyone of this fact every time either man is mentioned.
* ShoutOut: Tends to follow [[Wrestling/{{Demolition}} an axe kick with a forearm smash]].
* TookALevelInBadass: With his unexpected #1 contender gauntlet match win and subsequent Takeover 31 match against Wrestling/FinnBalor. Kyle put on back to back clinics in submission and chain wrestling, even reverting back to his New Japan strong style (and broke Balor's jaw in three places!).
* WorthyOpponent: Is regarded as this by Wrestling/FinnBalor, and seems to regard KUSHIDA as his own.
