In the [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyVIIRemake remake]] Rude will still fight the female party members but will not use his strong attacks on them (he has an excuse for Aerith, he has orders to make sure she’s unharmed, Tifa on other hand Rude just doesn’t want to hurt due to his VillainousCrush). * The ''Franchise/{{Kirby}}'' series has various enemies like Lovely, Keke, and Iron Mam that Kirby fights and destroys without a thought. He also had no problems pummeling Ado and Adeleine (if they're seperate characters) in ''VideoGame/KirbysDreamLand3'' and ''VideoGame/Kirby64TheCrystalShards'' respectively when they were [[DemonicPossession possessed by Dark Matter.]] The {{Big Bad}}s and one [[TheDragon Dragon]] of ''VideoGame/KirbyCanvasCurse'', ''VideoGame/KirbyTripleDeluxe'' and ''VideoGame/KirbyPlanetRobobot'', Drawcia, Sectonia and Susie respectively, are also female yet Kirby destroyed both vile beings without hesitating and defeated the Dragon in her Boss Battle (but she survived and escaped). Then again, Kirby is pretty much a KidHero so it likely never crosses his mind.

Given the pre-boss females had either a mace (US) or a handbag (Japan) for the weak-attack ladies and chain whips for the strong-attack ones, and the boss female is a BIG fighter who's only open to a running back kick.

* Takumi in ''VideoGame/FireEmblemFates'', falls into this to varying degrees. In ''Birthright'', while under the control of the enemy, he turns against his allies, even grabbing and trying to strangle Azura in Chapter 25. In ''Conquest'', he shoots Elise with his Fujin Yumi in Chapter 13, [[DisproportionateRetribution simply for talking back to him]], [[spoiler:and it's implied that this is caused by him gradually falling under Anankos' sway]]. In his supports with Hana, he mentions that the only reason he held back in their sparring match was because he was hesitant to hurt his younger sister Sakura's best friend while Sakura herself was watching.

She even calls him out and she proceeds to lose to [[DesignatedGirlFight Ibuki]]. Ibuki then receives no such benefit against Ryu who takes her out in one hit afterwards.

Lady learns this when she interrupted Dante and Vergil’s duel and was immediately put on the defensive as Vergil turned his attention to her and slashes at her Yamato. ** Leon himself besides killing females opponents like Bella Sisters, doesn’t hold back from fighting Ada and President Svetlana Belikova when they attack him. He also almost strangled Ada when the Plaga started taking control of his actions forcing Ada to stab him in self defence, though Leon immediately regrets this action. This probably a one time occurrence since Ada actually trusts in Leon’s unwillingness to shoot her as seen when they meet in ''Anime/ResidentEvilDamnation'' and Leon points his assault rifle at her while she points a grapple gun at him.
** BigBad Wesker isn’t chivalrous in the slightest. In ''[[VideoGame/ResidentEvil RE1]]'' [[ShootTheMedicFirst he guns down a unarmed Rebecca]] without hesitation (she only survives because her vest is bulletproof). In ''Code Veronica'' (where he now has superpowers) Wesker smacks Claire across the room, puts his foot on her shoulder and kicks her in the face when she tries get getting up. In ''[[VideoGame/ResidentEvil5 RE5]]'' Wesker happily beats the shit out of Jill and Sheva (he will put his hand through them if given the chance), [[spoiler: and even experiments on Jill, shoving a MindControlDevice into her sternum which turns into a ShockCollar when she starts disobeying him]].
** Chief Irons is a particularly despicable example especially in the ''[[VideoGame/ResidentEvil2Remake RE2make]]''. He holds Claire at gunpoint and tied her up before kicking her in the chest and smacking her in the face in front of Sherry and it’s revealed he he’s a wife beating SerialKiller who has raped and killed multiple women and used their bodies for [[TaxidermyIsCreepy taxidermy]]. Also when playing as Sherry there’s NonStandardGameOver of Irons catches and her drags her behind a door implying WouldHurtAChild too. It’s darkly ironic as a news article reveals Irons supports battered women shelters.
** Simmons the BigBad of ''[=RE6=] '' is just as bad as Wesker and Irons when it comes to this, if not worse. Due to his VillainousCrush on Ada he sought to clone her, so kidnapped literally ''thousands'' of women trying make a perfect replica of her and only after 12,235 attempt was it successful. Towards the game he wastes to expense trying to kill Ada after she rejects him as well as Carla (the EvilKnockOff Ada) for betraying him.

**
Dante from ''VideoGame/DevilMayCry'' has it with his boss fight against Lady. Also, his attempt to shoot Trish when she reveals her true colors of working for his archenemy, Mundus. Granted Dante is much more gentle with Lady and Trish than the female demons he faces and destroys with impunity (e.g Echidna from [[VideoGame/DevilMayCry4 DMC4]]). This is seen in the [[Anime/DevilMayCryTheAnimatedSeries anime]] where he throws [[{{BFS}} Rebellion]] into between Lady and Trish to stop their duel, rather than physically forcing them apart like he easily could.

** Arkham/[[spoiler: Jester]] is quite a nasty example. [[spoiler: He tosses [[AbusiveParents his only daughter]] Lady off the massive tower that is the Temen-ni-gru (she only survives because of Dante catching her), smacks her to floor in a later fight (even creepily threatening to spank her in his MonsterClown persona), stabs her in the thigh with her own bayonet as he needs her blood to open the Demon World and then sends her flying forcing Dante to save her again. Given Arkham sacrificed his own wife to become a demon prior to events of the story, it unsurprising]].
