* In "[[Recap/StarWarsTheCloneWarsS1E10LairOfGrievous Lair of Grievous]]", after Kit Fisto, Nahdar Vebb, and their clone troopers (including Commander Fil) are unable to retreat from Grievous's lair, Commander Fil contacts the two clone troopers watching Kit Fisto's fighter and Nahdar's shuttle, Niner and Bel. He tells them to contact the fleet at Bestine to tell them that they engaged Grievous and require reinforcements. Unfortunately, three Magnaguards are watching the clone troopers.\\

'''Instead:''' They don't bother checking and enter the shuttle, which leads to the Magnaguards blowing them up and the shuttle, making contact with the fleet impossible.

'''The Result:''' Hondo gets away scott free and is never shown to have learned any kind of lesson from this. This could have been entirely avoided if Obi-Wan had just done his job!

'''You'd Think:''' If Bane is intelligent enough to erase his flight log, he would be equally aware of his fuel log. Maybe give the ship a spray down while he's at it to get rid of any physical evidence.\\
'''Instead:''' Bane ignores the fuel computer and doesn't clean up the volcanic ash off his ship, which then leads Anakin and Ahsoka to figure out that they need to go to Mustafar and save the two infants from the Dark Side.

'''You'd Expect:''' Merrik to immediately run and find a spaceship to escape the Coronet from before pressing the detonator and blow it up to hell. He has stated that even if he doesn't deliver the Duchess to Death Watch and the Separatists, he'd still fulfill his objective regardless.\\

'''As A Result:''' Queen Miraj presses a button and electrocutes Ahsoka (who still had the shock collar on) and knocks her out. This also leads to the queen not being held hostage and then her guards defeating Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Rex, leading to the episode's DownerEnding.
