''The Brave Locomotive'' is an upcoming 2023 indie musical animated short film, which is directed and written by Andrew Chesworth, produced by Scott Bowman, and scored by Tom Hambleton.

The film will center Linus, a little blue passenger train, and his friend, a conductor named Henry, as they go through the grueling process of obsolescence, and struggle to preserve their little western town after Linus gets replaced by a large gas-guzzling diesel train named Sampson.
