Joining her are her best friend ComicBook/PoisonIvy (Creator/LakeBell), their fellow supervillains Clayface (Tudyk), King Shark (Creator/RonFunches), and Doctor Psycho (Creator/TonyHale), and her landlord Sy Borgman (Creator/JasonAlexander).

* TakeThat: "Two Jokers" shows a photo of the deceased third Joker who was once friends with the other two featured in the story, whose design is a clear parody of Creator/JaredLeto's version of the character from ''Film/SuicideSquad''. After looking at the picture, Joker #1 quips "Thank God that asshole's dead."

* FaceHeelDoubleTurn: A {{downplayed}} version occurs between The Joker and Dr. Psycho. They both start off and end as unrepentant villains, but their relationship with Harley definitely changes compared to how they previously started. The Joker is Harley’s abusive ex-boyfriend who becomes her main enemy in Season 1 around the time Dr. Psycho joins Harley’s crew as her ally to better his image. However, in Season 2, Psycho decides to betray Harley and carry out his EvilPlan around the time The Joker decides to help Harley stop Dr. Psycho after having a LoveEpiphany for his new girlfriend while parting with Harley on (somewhat) better terms.

The only continuity where Harley has a sister and daughter is the Injustice continuity, which is not the mainline comics. However, there is still an example of this continuity's version of Harley's family omitting characters established in the original comics.

** In the comics, Harley has a daughter by the Joker who's being raised by her sister, and her brother is an adult with kids of his own. In the show, Harley has neither a sister nor a child, and her brother died in childhood, and the Quinzel family is portrayed much differently overall.
