He then thanks Milo for the jawbreaker since now he can finally meet the tooth fairy as that was his dream for his entire life, so he decided to put his broken teeth into his suitcase so he can put it under his pillow. This also happened to Milo at the end where after he received his free jawbreaker after breaking the record on eating the jawbreaker for 24 hours, he decided to bite it as well, which causes his teeth to also break.

This led to Milo to live in Wendell's room while Wendell becomes the Captain. However, they decided to switch their lives back the way it was at the end of the episode after Milo admits that he can't handle it as it could result on Wendell to become to new Captain to help kids in trouble rather than him.
