* LazyBum: Mighty Eagle is one of the camp counselors, but tends to lounge around and do very little.
* ObliviousToLove: Matilda is completely unaware of Bomb's crush on her.
* SlobsVsSnobs: Red and his friends often clash with Neiderflyer and his sister Robin, who come from a rich family.
* TinyGuyHugeGirl: Harold and Lynette; Harold is no bigger than Lynette's head.
* WouldHurtAChild: Neiderflyer. In the first episode alone, he steals chocolates meant for the hatchlings and puts them in [[TheDreaded Terence's]] cabin, well aware that Terence will attack anyone who goes near it.
* WrongLineOfWork: Lynette, the camp director, has very little interest in making the camp fun (and openly admits that she hates the sound of kids at play). It's made quite clear that she only runs the camp for the money.
