* NoBiologicalSex: Hawa, due to being a spirit. This was what finally convinced Geon Woo's parents that he didn't simply kidnap some random girl (with the mother discovering she didn't have any genitals while bathing her). It can be assumed Elle is a similar case, due to also being a spirit.

* CutenessOverload: Yuna tends to suffer this whenever she's around Hawa. Going as far as to manipulate one of Geon Woo's neighbors into moving away so that she could live next to her.

* [[ManChild Woman Child]]: A benign version in Yuna, who tends to act more childish around Hawa. Notably her caretaker, Mr Knight, seems to encourage this. There's a good chance that it's because her brain never aged past that of a child.

* OlderThanTheyLook: Yuna, While she refuses to tell Geon Woo her name, we know shes a full adult despite being physically a young girl.

* TheBeastmaster: Twofold of Lee Geon Woo. Not only is he able to command the nature spirits the Hawa summons, his ability to speak to livestock allowed him to domesticate even dungeon monsters. From the harmless horned rabbits to the much more dangerous rock bees.
* BlessedWithSuck: Yuna Shin Hwa sought eternal youth. Unfortunately for her, she found it far too early, trapping her in the body of a young girl. Her search for an antidote was what led her to Lee Geon Woo in the first place.
* FatalFlaw: A downplayed example, but Lee Geon Woo struggles with greed. This is especially notable in the early chapters, when he still had the mindset of a poor farmer with former dreams of wealth and status.
* HappilyAdopted: So far the list of people who consider Geon Woo as their father is: Hawa (spirit), Elle (dungeon spirit), Kyukyung (horned rabbit), and Kaun (reptile monster). He treats them all in kind.
* IntelligenceEqualsIsolation: A self-imposed version happens to the horned rabbit that later becomes Kyukyung, due to being smarter than his children. This gets fixed once he gets named and joins the main cast.

** The livestock also count, being unable to speak normally, but Geon Woo can understand them due to his ability to speak to anything categorized as 'livestock'. The rock bees are a notable example due to being unintelligible to the reader as well, but Geon Woo can understand them perfectly.

* MoralityPet: A VERY toned down example, but Hawa and Elle count to Geon Woo, breaking him out of his bouts of greed.

* OlderThanTheyLook: Yuna, While she refuses to tell Geon Woo her name, we know shes a full adult despite being physically a young girl.
* SupremeChef: Jeong Soo Chan is considered the best chef in the world. Famous for being able to make a dish that has a 1% chance of raising the eater's stats. He becomes even better after seeking out Geon Woo and his high-ranking ingredients, as shown by his 1% dish turning into a 10% dish.

Korean citizen Lee Geon Woo once dreamt of becoming a superhuman, even running away from home to follow that dream. Returning to his family's poor farm after he failed. All that changed when he found a potted plant on the side of the road that began speaking to him. The plant soon sprouted, turning into a spirit calling herself 'Hawa' and granting Geon Woo the superhuman class of [[TitleDrop Spirit Farmer]].

Spirit Farmer is a lighthearted slice of life that focuses more on the interactions between Geon Woo's friends and family than the larger going-ons of the setting's world.

!!This webcomic provides examples of:

* AlmightyJanitor: Lee Geon Woo is, as far as the world is concerned, a normal superhuman craftsman, below notice. Despite this fact, he is an incredibly skilled spirit farmer, able to command high-ranking spirits, grow extinct plants, and even tame dungeon monsters. Not to mention the fact that he regularly grows crops at a higher rank than thought possible. Part of the reason he isn't famous is an active attempt not to, partially because he has an illegal dungeon (are dungeons are claimed as government property), but mostly for the sake of his family, human and monster alike.
* IntelligibleUnintelligible: Hawa is so far unable to say much more than [[PokemonSpeak her name]]. Geon Woo, as her summoner, is able to understand her perfectly. Everyone else makes do with tone and body language.
* InterclassFriendship: Lee Geon Woo's (a poor family farmer) two closest friends are Jeong Soo Chan (a world-famous chef) and Yuna Shin Hwa (the woman who cured cancer).
* MoralityPet: A VERY toned down example, but Hawa and Elle count to Geon Woo, breaking him out of his bouts of greed.
