''SAVE ME'' deals with the story of seven boys, the BTS members' {{Author Avatar}}s from the ''BU'' universe. In a school ripe with {{Sadist Teacher}}s, and each having to deal with their own share of AbusiveParents and traumas in an environment marked by [[AdultsAreUseless useless adults]] and poverty, the boys' times together were their only moments of happiness.

The story, however, starts with Jin waking up on April 11, 2 years after the group's [[BreakingTheFellowship separation]]. Wondering what his friends are now up to, he goes to his old school for the first time in years, sees by chance two of his friends going through their current lives, and leaves. A month later, however, he finds - much to his horror and regret - that his six friends' lives have gone on to tragic outcomes[[note]]much like in the "I NEED U (Original ver.)" music video[[/note]], with two of them ending up dead.

Then Jin wakes up in his room, on April 11. And then he does it again. And again.
