Starting on September 26, 2012, a webcomic based on the ''VideoGame/{{Klonoa}}'' series, titled ''[[http://klonoa.the-comic.org/ Klonoa: Dream Traveller of Noctis Sol]]'', began being published on Website/ShiftyLook. Written by Creator/JimZub (creator of ''Webcomic/{{Skullkickers}}'') and drawn by Hitoshi Ariga (creator of ''Manga/MegaManMegamix'') and Jeffrey "the CHAMBA" Cruz, the comic appears to finally provide insight on Klonoa's adventures after the series, as it depicts characters and elements from more than one of the past games under a single storyline.

Sadly, ''Dream Traveler of Noctis Sol'' was CutShort due to Website/ShiftyLook shutting down before it could conclude. Good news is both the artist and writer have expressed interest in finishing the comic when Namco-Bandai gives them a chance, so not all hope is lost for the comic. There is also a high-quality FanSequel known as ''WebComic/KlonoaDreamCrusaders'' that picks up right where the original comic leaves off, giving its own interpretation of what happens next utilizing both additional ''Klonoa'' characters across several games and a few of its own.

* OffModel: Jeffrey Cruz's drawing style is ''very'' different from Hitoshi Ariga's, so of course this would happen. Most noticeably, both Klonoa and Lolo are much taller than they usually are.

----
!!The webcomic contains examples of the following tropes:
* BigBad: Tenebrae Hue. A tall imposing lion man with mysterious and malevolent goals.
* NoEnding: The comic abruptly ended right before what looked like Klonoa's big climactic battle, due to the site it was hosted on getting shut down. There are no revealed plans as to what will become of it as of yet, so it's currently this.
* OffModel: Jeffrey Cruz's drawing style is ''very'' different from Hitoshi Ariga's, so of course this would happen. Most noticeably, both Klonoa and Lolo are much taller than they usually are.
* VoiceOfTheLegion: While not an evil character, Noctis Sol is implied to speak this way (since it's a living star).
