''Killing Game Deluxe'' is a ''Franchise/{{Danganronpa}}'' webcomic started by [=crazyforkuwata=] and [=furryfortress2=] and can be found [[https://www.instagram.com/danganronpa.killinggamedeluxe/?hl=en here]], with the first post being found [[https://www.instagram.com/p/CDRAHJlJ0be/ here]].

The story follows Leon Kuwata, who is surprised to find that he survived his canon execution. He learns that all of the students from the [[VisualNovel/DanganronpaTriggerHappyHavoc past]] [[VisualNovel/Danganronpa2GoodbyeDespair killing]] [[VisualNovel/DanganronpaV3KillingHarmony games]], dead or alive, have all been brought back for one final killing game by Monokuma. If he wants to avoid death again, Leon has to navigate through the much larger cast, the trials and Monokuma to escape the school...and discover how exactly he's still alive.

All spoilers from the main series are unmarked! Read at your own risk!

!!''Killing Game Deluxe'' contains examples of the following tropes
* ActorAllusion: Leon notes that he and Shuichi [[Creator/GrantGeorge sound exactly the same]].
* AscendedExtra: Leon, the first killer of ''Trigger Happy Havoc'', is the lead character this time.
* BackFromTheDead: Everyone who died has somehow been brought back from the dead.
* BirdsOfAFeather: Several platonic examples.
** Kaede, Sayaka and Ibuki all bond rather quickly over their musical talents.
** Kokichi and Hiyoko become friends over being tiny [[{{Jerkass}} Jerkasses]]. [[spoiler:It was a lie on Kokichi's part.]]
* CopycatCrime: This is ultimately what clears Mikan's name in the first trial. Leon notes that [[spoiler:Hiyoko]] was found dead using [[spoiler:the same method Mikan used to kill her originally. If she wanted to kill Hiyoko again, why do it in the same way as she did in the past?]]
* DiesWideOpen: [[spoiler:Hiyoko's]] eyes are open when her body is found.
* DrivingQuestion: How ''exactly'' are the dead students alive again?
* EtTuBrute:
** Mahiru is horrified when she realizes that Mikan was Hiyoko's killer in their first killing game.
** Makoto and Kaede are not happy when they realize [[spoiler:Sayaka was Hiyoko's killer]].
* {{Foreshadowing}}: There are several clues pointing to the first killer.
** The victim [[spoiler:Hiyoko]] is found in the exact same position as [[spoiler:Sayaka]] was when [[spoiler:her]] body was discovered.
** [[spoiler:Sayaka]] is one of the few people who don't actually know what a trial entails and what happens if a killer manages to get away
** [[spoiler:Hiyoko]] is a weaker student, and the reason that [[spoiler:Sayaka]]in their original killing game failed to kill their target was because they were overpowered by their would be target.
* HateAtFirstSight: Leon quickly decides he hates Kokichi shortly after meeting him.
* ManlyTears: Leon finds Mondo and Taka sobbing their eyes out after reuniting.
* NeverMyFault: Sayaka treats Leon like a cold blooded killer, which would be understandable, seeing as he did kill her. Only she's completely ignoring the fact that the only reason he killed her was because ''she tried to kill him first''.
* NotMeThisTime: Junko cheerfully confirms that she has nothing to do with this Killing Game and has no clue what is going on either.
* RapidFireNo: Aoi reacts this way when she realizes that she going to be stuck in another killing game.
* SlashedThroat: [[spoiler:How Hiyoko was killed.]]
* ShipTease: Leon and Kazuichi bond right off the bat, with Leon noticeably blushing when Kazuichi calls him bro. When Sayaka drives him into a HeroicBSOD, Kazuichi manages to [[YouAreBetterThanYouThinkYouAre convince him not to let her get to him]] and when they enter the elevator together, they are holding hands.
* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: All of the past killers find themselves facing classmates who are not forgiving of their actions. Himiko outright tries to attack Korekiyo for killing Tenko and Angie, while Sayaka uses Leon's status as her killer to drive him into a HeroicBSOD and to turn the others against him.
* TearsOfJoy: Mikan is so overjoyed by Leon defending her during the first trial that she starts crying.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Due to her status as the Mastermind and the Ultimate Despair being revealed, the only people who actually like Junko are Mukuro, Tsumugi and possibly Mikan.
