** Played with in that while Dr. Circula Tori behaves as if she has only the faintest idea what she's doing (and even leaves her ID card in Mrs. Green's chest), she ''brings her back from the dead multiple times.''

* ChainOfDeals: With the patients at the hospital, the traded items ranged from bleeding skulls to ''malaria''. [[spoiler:A few of the beings whose wishes Ms. Green innocently tried to fulfill wound up dying horribly because of it. The patient case files reveal that the stomach was being treated for an addiction to gas pills, which they were gradually weaning him of, before Ms. Green gave him a full bottle. He consumed it all at once and exploded.)

** Played with in that while Dr. Circula Tori behaves as if she has only the faintest idea what she's doing (and even leaves her ID card in Mrs. Green's chest), she's ''brought her back from death twice so far.''

* InterfaceScrew: At one point, the suggestion box's connection to Ms. Green is hijacked so that [[spoiler:the hijacker can spam the page with his own command. The place where the command would usually go on that page is replaced with several pages' worth of >EAT.]]
