* BiTheWay: Meg, who casually revealed that she liked girls when she asked her heterosexual panelmates if it would be weird for them to have sex with clones of themselves. Bree is also openly bisexual and her jokes about crushes and hookups are pretty indiscriminate as to the genders involved. Neither Reina nor Steven Suptic have publicly come out as bi, but Reina has a... [[GlassCloset slightly over-the-top fondness for naked anime girls]], and Suptic's personal channel frequently features fanfiction about him and his friends; these are almost always slashfic, except for the two times Reina was in them.

* BiTheWay: Meg, who casually revealed that she liked girls when she asked her heterosexual panelmates if it would be weird for them to have sex with clones of themselves. Bree is also openly bisexual and her jokes about crushes and hookups are pretty indiscriminate as to the genders involved. (So far as has been made public, Reina is straight, but she does seem to enjoy jokes that imply she's bi.)

The channel started with [=DeFranco=], [[Creator/BaratsAndBereta Joe Bereta]], Lee Newton and Elliott Morgan, and [=DeFranco=] as the first commentators, and Kevin Brueck hosted "Curb Cash" on Saturdays. A couple weeks in [=DeFranco=] left, since the channel was intended to be separate of him, and let the others run the show. "Curb Cash" was eventually pulled due to low popularity, leaving the three commentators as the only members on the show. Steve Zaragoza, Trisha Hershberger, and Meg Turney would fill in when other members were gone for the main show, but as they were not employees of [=DeFranco=], they were not permanent fixtures on the commentaries. All three joined the show in short succession as official members in Fall 2012, and now all six rotate for presenting news and hosting weekend content. They all appear on the commentaries unless they're gone. They also run as a non-acting ProductionPosse for [=DeFranco=], joining him for [=VidCon=] and the Presidential debates, and he occasionally appears on weekend shows. For a span of time in 2013, Ross Everett joined the ranks of the hosts. In April 2014, Elliott and Meg[[labelnote:*]]Who moved back to her home state of Texas to work with RoosterTeeth and her boyfriend Gavin Free[[/labelnote]] both departed from [=SourceFed=], and three new hosts joined [=SourceFed=] Reina, Will, and Matt. While Ross went back to just writing the stories. Later on it was revealed that Ross also left [=SourceFed=] to pursue his own career. On Comment Commentary 150 Joe Bereta revealed that he will be leaving Sourcefed for a new job; his final day was December 31st 2014, and he was replaced by "Drawing Board" host Sam Bashor. Trisha Hershberger announced her departure in March 2015, to be replaced by Bree Essrig from The Young Turks. Lee's departure around the same time brought in three part-timers (actress Whitney Moore, comedian Mike Falzone, cosplayer/comedian Chloe Dykstra) and permanent cast member Maude Garrett. Elliott returned in September 2015.

* Matt Lieberman (hosts weekly news roundup "The Loop"; also does an advice show on his personal channel)

* Bree Essrig (mostly focuses on news and sketch comedy; does an epic "[[GameOfThrones Sansa Stark]]-as-a-[=YouTuber=] impression; she is now a new host on the Drawing Board)

Another {{spinoff}} channel, [=SourceFed=] Nerd, was launched in May 2013, with a focus on tech, video games and comic book news. It's also the new home of Table Talk and Movie Club. A third, a gaming channel called Super Panic Frenzy, was launched in March 2015 with Reina, Phil, and new hire Steven Suptic headlining.

* OneHeadTaller: Lee, Reina, and Trish are all in the vicinity of five feet tall, Bree is 5'3", and Steve Zaragoza is only 5'6", making the use of apple boxes on camera very common, especially with the taller cast members like Sam, Chloe, Elliott, and Ross. (A behind-the-scenes Snapchat of one of Steve Z and Maude Garrett's first whitewall stories showed Steve standing on one and still not quite measuring up to the 5'11" Maude.)

* AllWomenAreLustful: Chloe can be absolutely filthy, especially when on-screen with Whitney. Reina, when unleashed, has a little of this, but it's mostly a small part of her generally deranged humor.[[note]]''YandereSimulator'' *shudder*[[/note]]

Will and Steven Suptic to a lesser extent, although in Suptic's case it blends over into RefugeInAudacity.

* HeterosexualLifePartners: Will and Steve seem to be this since they share a fair about of time with each other outside of the office, Will even says that Steve is the reason he came out of his shell. (They appear to be roommates since Steve's marriage collapsed.) Also, this may or may not apply to Chloe and Whitney, but they certainly look it from their on-screen chemistry.

* LargeHam: Joe when he acts as Teddy Roosevelt.
