** Lunchbox, the OnlySaneMan, is animated more fluidly, more aware of his increasingly surreal surroundings and always safe from elimination despite not doing the trials since he is the only real person in the show.

** The second season replaces the song with an instrumental version of the ''WesternAnimation/TheFlintstones'' theme.
* RunningGag: Whenever Lava Lamp appears onscreen, an audience can be heard giving a standing ovation due to not being TheGhost anymore. This got old real fast in-universe as Lava Lamp would either walk offscreen or someone block him from view.

** While Lunchbox is walking his way to the door in "Drawing on the Canvas Pt. ii", a disembodied voice yells something which startles them before continuing on. Once the finale came around, it becomes clear the voice was actually calling out Lunchbox's name in Axe's attempt to wake them up.

Added DiffLines:

* OnlySaneMan: Lunchbox is a lot more self-aware and less single-minded in competing compared to the rest of the contestants which makes sense given they are the only real person in their dream.

* DyingDream: Lunchbox would have almost certainly fallen into this trope if she hadn't exited through the door in his dream and be woken up through the real cast's efforts.

* {{Foreshadowing}}: There were many foreboding signs before the big reveal that the entire competition was all in Lunchbox's mind while they were knocked out:
** The ArcWords "WAKE UP" is increasingly prominent in the episodes' thumbnails and the [[https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/creepsington/images/3/3f/Tose-mini-logo.png/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/1000?cb=20220604173010 TOSEM logo]].
** Lava Lamp never appearing in the show proper, despite being in the intro card, is because Lunchbox only remembers them as a distant memory due to the former moving away on non-speaking terms in the real world.
** The world turns more distorted as the episodes went on alongside the music progressively becoming slower and creepier. This is a result of Lunchbox drifting back to consciousness and leaving the competition behind.

''The Object Show Extravaganza Mini'' (TOSEM) is an {{Object Show|s}} mini-series created by Creepingston. The first episode was released on 4th June 2022 and completed its runtime on 20th June 2022 with six episodes. The absolute StylisticSuck and the fact it doesn't take itself seriously puts the series firmly into the Joke Show category.

A group of eight sentient objects[[note]]Axe (8th), Coffee (6th), Envelope (4th), Handkerchief (2nd), Lamp (5th), Lava Lamp (N/A), Lemon (7th), Lunchbox (1st), Tire (3rd)[[/note]] decide to partake in challenges (or as it's called "Trials") where only one can win. However, Lunchbox discovers something is amidst and has to go to the edges of the universe to find the answer.

Do be warned that all spoilers are left unmarked as this is a fairly short mini-series.

!!Contains the following tropes:
* TheAce: Handkerchief for always completing the trials and has never been put up for elimination because of it. Alas, like a certain playing card for a [[WebAnimation/UntitledObjectShow similar previous series]], Handkerchief only claimed second place as Lunchbox was the ultimate winner.
* ADogNamedDog: Such an original idea for an object show to have the characters be named after their object.
* AlliterativeName: There's two "L"s for the contestant '''L'''ava '''L'''amp even though they never competed or [[TheGhost appeared in person]].
* AllJustADream: Turns out the competition we've been seeing the whole time was a result of Lunchbox making it up in the hour-long coma he was in after getting hit in the head with a basketball. It was so close to turning into a DyingDream if were not for the cast desperately trying to wake her up.
* AllThereInTheManual: A [=YouTube=] community post by Creepingston confirms the [[https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgLbXMLdSywCAPhMCdF4tog/community?lb=UgkxoRuz3rtSxgq5RlBY9u1oAFsd74HLr8UU genders of the cast]].
* AnimateInanimateObject: Everybody is an anthropomorphic object of some kind with faces and limbs.
* AnthropomorphicFood: Lemon and Coffee are respectively a sentient sour fruit and bitter drink.
* ArcWords: WAKE UP
* ArmlessBiped: Averted as nobody in the show is lacking arms, a common staple for ObjectShows.
* ArtifactTitle: It's supposed to be a mini show to ''The Object Show Extravaganza'' but given that the main series was never made in the first place, the name becomes this trope.
* AudienceParticipation: At the end of every episode aside from the last, the viewers can vote on the two worst performers in the trials to get eliminated and squished down to size.
* BackForTheFinale: Everyone, minus Lava Lamp, returned after their respective elimination to gather around Lunchbox's unconscious body.
* ChristmasInJuly: The final episode is fittingly titled "Christmas in June" and while [[NonIndicativeName not Christmas-themed]], it references how the show released episodes in the middle of June.
* DeathIsCheap: Zig-zagged. While recovery centers do exist which revive objects with no problem or repercussions, they are fairly expensive in the world's economy and require long drives to get to the few available ones.
* GenderEqualEnsemble: Excluding Lava Lamp, the contest consists of a pair of every gender, male (Lemon and Tire), female (Coffee and Lamp), non-binary (Axe and Envelope) and genderfluid (Handkerchief and Lunchbox).
* TheGhost: Lava Lamp never physically shows up at any point of the series let alone a contestant, only appearing in the TitleSequence and mentioned once in the last episode. The reason for why so is Lava Lamp has not spoken to the cast for years in the real world but Lunchbox subconsciously remembers them in his dream.
* MinimalistCast: The show only focused on a group of eight objects[[note]]Lava Lamp doesn't count on account of being TheGhost[[/note]] that slowly [[DwindlingParty dwindles down]] as the contest goes.
* NonIndicativeName: None of the episode titles are ever relevant to what's in store for the episodes themselves. For example, "We're in the Mini Mall" grossly exaggerates where the cast exactly is ([[WhereTheHellIsSpringfield Some unidentified grass fields]]) and "Christmas in June" isn't Christmas-related in any capacity.
* SayMyName: Axe, in an attempt to wake her up, repeats Lunchbox's name over and over which one instance had bled into his dreams, albeit [[RewatchBonus hard to make out on the first watch]].
* ShortRunner: It ended after six episodes within the month of June 2022.
* SoftReboot: ''The Object Show Extravaganza Mini'' was based on an old, obscure object show of Creepingston called ''The Object Show Extravaganza'' which was mentioned on his [=YouTube=] channel [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KodYh_wudZY exactly once]].
* StylisticSuck: Self-proclaimed in the first episode's description to be the worst object show there is as seen by its low-quality animation, simplistic, uninspiring challenges, repetitive soundtrack, hundreds of countless errors and everything really. The justification for deliberately invoking such a choice is that it was AllJustADream.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: Axe is the first contestant to be eliminated and wasn't seen during the competition until their elimination in the next episode.
