YouTube has had lots of channels that have posted deranged and surreal animated series since the very beginning. One of these is channels is Pamtri, who blew up in popularity in early 2017. While the channel had started uploading surreal 3D animations for several months, its popularity only really with the WesternAnimation/SpongeBobSquarePants parody, "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hCpFQG1-q8 Mrs. Puff Has Had Enough]]."

YouTube has had lots of deranged and surreal animated series since the very beginning. Pamtri is one of the latest newcomers to the scene and they have been racking up thousands of subscribers in a very short amount of time. Pamtri's first videos were uploaded about 10 months ago as of this post, but some argue that his popularity only really kicked off with "Mrs. Puff Has Had Enough," posted in April 2017.

Most of Pamtri's videos are "in a nutshell" parodies of popular cartoons. But his most popular "series" is the SpongeBob one. One thing that should be noted is that there's a bit of an element of continuity in his videos, almost all of which include an OC called Santiago; a 666 years old man with a "killing addiction." There's no explanation on what is he doing there, but again, he is in practically every video. There are other running gags as well, like some very recurring phrases: "Oh, okay," "Now you must die," and "Because we're tighter than bark on a tree," and also a sinester, blink-and-you'll-miss-it blob that looks like a molten Teletubbie. The plots are mostly non-sensical, with the exception of a few videos which build up Santiago's character arc. As of this edit, Pamtri has over 100 thousand subscribers, and the channel is quickly becoming more and more popular.

* MesACrowd: The character model for Santiago (Father Grigori from ''VideoGame/HalfLife2'') is often copied to represent other characters, with minor tweaks where appropriate (e.g. the boy in "The Friendly Clown" is a shorter version of the model, while female characters add long hair to it). On at least one occasion, Santiago has taken advantage of this design choice to kill his victims.
