They probably won't appear in the game, if London is such a crapsack city, I can't imagine how terrible the situation is in the US. Still, Aiden is probably known in the hacker community around the world for being the ultra violent vigilante of Chicago and Marcus and his pals are the first ones who were able to give a good lesson to Blume in San Francisco (even if it wasn't enough to diminish the corporation's influence in the rest of the world apparently). They have nothing to do in London but they're probably legends among Dedsec members.

While Aiden has more than enough reason to not trust [=DedSec=] considering his experiences with the Chicago chapter, it’s likely he sees working with the London branch as more of an EnemyMine deal against what's left of Albion and Clan Kelley even after Sabine tried to destroy London.
* '''Jossed''': the leaked opening scene reveals that Bloodline actually takes place between the prologue with Dalton, and Sabine recruiting the first operative of the iteration of [=Dedsec=] that we see in the main Campaign, which in hindsight makes sense as it'd explain how Aiden and Wrench would be available for use as members of that iteration of [=DedSec=].

Okay, here me out. Let's start with Aiden's MO post Watch Dogs 1, he's a vigilante, tracking down the criminal element to punish them, while not necessarily, this is roughly the MO of the brotherhood. Furthermore albeit indirectly he did have an interaction with the brotherhood via the final Criminal Convoy, where he took out Olivier Garneau, so it's theoretically possible that they could've tracked Aiden down and invited him to join them. It could explain why Darcy is part of the DLC, at least if we assume all four season pass heroes are part of the Bloodline story.

Although Administrivia/RuleOfCautiousEditingJudgment will have this troper refraining from identifying the potential [[{{Expy}} expies]] by name, the fact that Legion is explicitly set in [[DayOfTheJackboot a "highly nationalist" and totalitarian London]] ([[WhatDoYouMeanItsNotPolitical in what's highly implied to be a post-Brexit England]]). That alone means the enemies being made of {{EvilBrit}}s is guaranteed, but coupled with how VideoGame/WatchDogs2 had [[NoCelebritiesWereHarmed not-so-subtle stand-ins for real-life figures]] who were [[RippedFromTheHeadlines involved with then-current events]], may result in some of the named enemies being modified versions of IRL figures of Britain's right to far-right. Possibilities can be divided into three groups:

Given how in the second game Titus was making it for "Riot control" and Albion is fielding "Riot" drones armed with high caliber ballistics and even missiles, so perhaps the Spiderbot appears as a boss, or another test version to be hacked

Considering the game is already in a SharedUniverse with Assassin's Creed, what's to say they don't share one with the Division? It'd be even more heartbreaking if she finds out that [[spoiler: Faye's now a Rogue Division agent.]]

The two of them are working on opposite extremes of the law and are most likely working under another conspiracy that they're either part of, unaware of each other, or it's a case of EvilVsEvil. The real villain could be someone like Dusan Nemec from 2 who's using what amounts to ctOS 3.0 to play every side from DedSec, the Mob and even Albion like chumps.
