When Moomintroll tries to talk to the Dweller Under the Sink, the conversation doesn't go very well, especially since the DUS speaks his own language and Moomintroll doesn't understand it. So when the DUS says "Radamsah" to Moomintroll, he's actually asking "are you insulting me?" Unfortunately, when Moomintroll tries to calm him down by speaking to him in his own language, he's completely unaware that his hurried "Radamsah, radamsah!" means "I'm insulting you, I'm insulting you!" There was no way that could end well.
