It starts out like it's going to be just another "The Nerd is harassed by a character from the game/property the game is based on"-type review... [[HostileShowTakeover but then suddenly the video gets hijacked by two bumbling masked hackers]] (played by WebVideo/ScottTheWoz and [[WebVideo/{{Vinesauce}} Vinesauce Joel]]), who broadcast "unreleased show-ruining moments" (including one where the Nerd admits that ''VideoGame/{{Bubsy}}'' isn't that bad a character and an "alternate ending" to the ''VideoGame/SuperMarioBros3'' review that acknowledges the [[StockEpilepticTrees Stock Epileptic Tree]] that the Nerd is suffering from paranoid schizophrenia by having Super Mecha Death Christ make the Nerd take "power pills" which are actually his schizophrenia meds). However, as the video goes on, the hackers slowly lose their anonymity and argue constantly. After the intrusion ends, the "video" interrupted by the hackers ends with Nerd beating up Ronald [=McDonald=] for a reason left unexplained due to the hijacking.

It one-shotted [[Franchise/ANightmareOnElmStreet Freddy Krueger]], and it allowed the Nerd to accomplish the otherwise impossible tasks of landing the plane in ''VideoGame/TopGun'' and beating [[EnemyWithout Dark]] [[FinalBoss Link]] in [[VideoGame/ZeldaIITheAdventureOfLink Zelda II]], despite its reputation for being a non-functional piece of garbage. Clearly, there's something greater about it in the Angry Video Game Nerd universe; perhaps it's a sentient item, a ChaoticNeutral being in the form of a peripheral for the UsefulNotes/NintendoEntertainmentSystem, with power enough to win any game but instead considering it [[ItAmusedMe funnier]] to be completely useless and frustrating and to see the Nerd's reactions to its failures, but from time to time shows its true power against an incredibly difficult game situation (perhaps seeing a WorthyOpponent). The incident with Freddy might have been AllJustADream, but equally likely is that the Power Glove had too much "fun" planned for the Nerd to let Freddy kill him, so it inserted itself into the dream to allow the Nerd's survival.

He will die trying to play the UsefulNotes/{{Kinect}} in the cramped spaces of his basement as [[CollapsingLair his surrounding collections crush him under their own collective weight]].
