At some point, for some reason, Suitengu is reborn into the world as Kimimaro. He is unaware of his past life, but nevertheless goes on his journey into the Financial District and meets Msyu, Mikuni, and the others. However, when Mikuni puts his plan into action, Kimimaro and his allies rise up to stop him. In the end, [[spoiler:Artlier/Suitengu/Kimimaro finishes what he started, and bankrupts Japan for good, hopefully destroying the conspiracy for real this time. And [[KnightTemplar all it took was]] him [[MoralEventHorizon ruining billions of innocent lives]] ''three'' times. Way to go, ''[[DestructiveSavior hero]]'']].

Unfortunately for him, [[spoiler:the organization known as [[LoanShark Midas Bank]] then steps in and fixes Japan’s economy- using their Midas Money, which has the powers of a RealityWarper. The [[HumanoidAbomination Magasakis]] create the Financial District and battling system to see how to distribute the money. The GovernmentConspiracy, thanks to the Midas Money system, is kept running (and the Magasakis may have even been the creators of the conspiracy)]].

come on, it should seem obvious, a secret society that throws parties where the elite can get their rocks off without having to worry about anyone finding out? perhaps what Tom Cruise encounters in Eyes Wide Shut is the western branch of the the Roppongi Club and assuming that the movie takes place in 1999 and the anime in the near future, perhaps Kagura wasn't born yet

Suitengu's power works by shedding his own blood; by the rules of the Euphoria Factor this implies he literally gets off on being a martyr and bearing the pain of others. His whole plan [[spoiler: gets revenge on those who wronged him but achieves nothing, since he just replaces the corrupt people he kills with his own corrupt associates,]] and [[spoiler: rips the reasonably innocent of Japan a new one while he's at it, and kills many people who would be forces for change.]] He never really believed he was doing good in the first place, but the self-righteous act of pretending to is all that excites him.

Sure, they'll get special powers but eventually everyone who has it is gonna die in one way or another. I think was made obvious by Kagura's development.

Even if he'd only looked to line up the shot and looked away or closed his eyes while he took the picture, the subject still would have exploded, because of the weird way those abilities work.
