The team will be led by Kamiyama, Ogami and Taiga. We'll see some of the original Koubus (including the [=F3s=], Tenbus or Soubus), Eisenkleids, and Stars as well. It will be a great ShoutOut to fans of the first five games.

Now that the true purpose of the Revues is widely known, there will be those who don't want to see the Flower Division reestablished because they believe it will draw unwanted attention. The last thing they want is to give the demons ''reason'' to focus on their home again.
Complicating matters further, while some agree that it ''is'' important to keep fighting the good fight, they disagree with any revival of the ''theater'' aspect of operations, seeing that aspect as wasteful and unimportant. Why dedicate any time at all to trying to entertain civilians and lift their spirits when they could instead spend that time ''training''? This comes complete with critics [[SpeakIllOfTheDead insulting those who laid down their lives protecting them]], dismissing and downplaying their sacrifice by suggesting that they only died because they weren't ''serious'' enough. Thus, the Flower Division finds themselves having to defend themselves on multiple fronts, and may have to excel in the World Combat Revue War competitions simply to prove that they're ''capable'' of balancing all aspects of their jobs.
