The "next" game in the series is ''VisualNovel/TwelveRiven'' however, it's not really an Infinity game at all, instead being being part of the very short-lived ''Integral Series'', only being shoved onto the end of Infinity due to the developer doing bankrupt. Since the studio was bankrupt, the next game (''VisualNovel/Code18'') has nothing to do with the original developers.
Thus, neither of the sequels to Remember 11 are ''true'' sequels at all.
But, Remember 11 has been described by the developers as "an endless revenge story", and the most popular fan theory concludes that Self is being trapped in the [[RecurringElement Infinity Loop]] with the [[LeaningOnTheFourthWall promise of a conclusive ending]].
