[[WMG: It will be discovered that Monsterization and becoming a Hero are both the exact same thing.]]
The only difference between the two is a persons morality and emotional state when the process activates, people who are already bad and angry when it activates gain power but also mutations, whereas good people with good intentions gain power, but little to no mutations, that's why once the association was formed, suddenly there were people around who suddenly had the power to fight monsters.

this also explains why Psychos, one of the most powerful psychics on the planet, would be the one to figure out monsterfication, and also possible why she dident choose to undergo the process herself, since it would draw on her psychic energy rather then gain power it it would simply be split between her psychic powers and her now monster ones, overall weakening her, this is why she chose to fuse with Orochi instead, rather then dividing her existing powers it would simply add them together

They will then send their heroes after him only for him to completely defeat them since this is a threat not engineered by them. For extra irony, this situation will mirror the Hero Association's situation with Garou.

Eventually, Neo Heroes will find Amai Mask's whereabouts and send Webigaza to fight him. However, Blue will try and face off against the monster hero himself as a way to prove himself. What follows is a huge CurbStompBattle with Amai Mask criticizing everything about Blue and tearing both his armor and dignity to pieces due to considering him a boring and unremarkable hero.

[[WMG:Tatsumaki suffers from hormonal disfunction due the experiments done on her]]
To improve her psychic powers and try to identify the source, the scientists have intervened on her biochemistry and hormonal production, and as a side effect her body never really developed, resulting in her partially child-like appearance and mercurial temper - the latter actually being her keeping it in check as much as she can, as she knows of her hormonal disfunction. And to add insult to injury, the experiments yielded no result and were interrupted shortly before Blast freed her.

* ''Dr. Bofoi/Metal Knight''. There's a lot of evidence for this one. First, the Dr. has more than enough skill to make a cyborg. While he is know to make robots, not cyborgs, we know he experiments on living creatures. Metal Knight also only cares about his weapons development and actively trusts no one, not even his former assistant Child Emperor. He hides his real body and position even from his closest allies and doesn't especially seem to care about heroics. He has ultimate power in the association and collects monsters. The Neo Heroes seem to upgrade and remotely control mo sters to engineer disasters and raise their popularity by stopping them. Bofoi is definitely technologically capable of doing this. Furthermore, Drive Knight constantly hints that Bofoi is the traitor and points out how much power he has in the Hero Association and that he could wipe it out in the right circumstances. Even his own student, Child Emperor, suspects him. Drive Knight points out that all his robots are connected and that his Metal Knight was captured easily by the Monster Association. He suggests that Bofoi did this intentionally to allow the codes to all missile bays to fall into enemy hands so he can appear innocent if the missiles are turned against the Hero Associateion.

Just like the Kishin, madness and obsession can gift people with [[LovecraftianSuperpower Lovecraftian superpowers]]. The only difference is that heroes have relatively benign obsessions while Mysterious Beings succumb to the madness inherent in theirs. In the more powerful heroes like Tatsumaki, Metal Knight and Fubuki we start seeing the genesis of [[WitchSpecies Witches]]. * ''Two of them are traitors.'' For this one, Drive Knight working with Metal Knight makes the most sense as a trap set up by Metal Knight with Drive Knight convincing Genos to fall into it is the most likely. Drive Knight and Kuseno is a possibility if Drive Knight is the mad cyborg and was created by Kuseno with Metal Knight being the rival they are targeting for elimination. Kuseno and Metal Knight is the least likely as why would Kuseno have his own lab destroyed and then risk Metal Knight's lab as well given that Saitama's capabilities are completely unknown? If the two traitors aren't working together, then the previous motivations in some sort of GambitPileups are still possible.

* ''All fo them are traitors'', It's technically possible for all of them to be in on it. Kuseno could have faked his death by being a cyborg and intentionally leaking fluids and shutting off his vitals. Then Drive Knight can trick Genos into attacking Metal Knight. Metal Knight can then use Genos's "bretayal" as an excuse to take over the Hero Association. Assuming the Organization has control of the Neo Heroes, this would give the 3 of them a monopoly on superheroes and world control. On the other hand, they could all be in it for themselves and Kuseno was the first one to lose in the Gambit Pileup. Given Kuseno has had nothing but kind appearances and even his thoughts lack double meaning statements that could indicate he is a villain, this is less likely.

* ''Jet Nice Guy is the traitor''. Twice Jet Nice Guy was defeated in battle, once for rashness and the other for not paying attention. He lost to both Seaking and Nyan, putting his allies at risk. Since we don't know who made him a cyborg or if he's human at all (with the possibility that he's just two robots made to look like the same person), he could be an Organization goon pretending to be weak to get Metal Knight and Drive Knight to ignore him as the possible traitor.

* ''There isnt a traitor'', at least not among the heroes. The Organization is pitting the Hero Association against each other. While Drive Knight suspects Dr. Bofoi, Bofoi doesn't suspect Drive Knight in return despite him being the obvious option. It could be that Bofoi somehow knows that Drive Knight is loyal and Drive Knight is just being manipulated or being too paranoid. The Organization could be getting their information from one of the many corrupt Hero Association executives and have a backdoor in Dr. Bofoi's systems. Since Bofoi supposedly controls those systems, Drive Knight has plenty of reason to suspect Bofoi, assuming he's too smart to not realize he's been hacked. Given that Drive Knight and Bofoi seem equally determined to protect the Hero Association, all the distrust could just stem from a lack of communication and paranoia.

[[WMG:The traitor to the Hero Association is:]]

He suggests that Bofoi did this intentionally to allow the codes to all missile bays to fall into enemy hands so he can appear innocent if the missiles are turned against the Hero Associateion.
* ''Drive Knight/Zero''. An equal amount of evidence points to Drive Knight as being the traitor. Drive Knight is equally as pragmatic and heartless as Bofoi. He constantly points out Metal Knight as the traitor with only his word as evidence. During the Monster Association Arc, he disappears for 2 days without a trace. He claims that he was spying on the Monster Association and he was afraid to share his data with the strike team because he was worried the traitor would use it against them. Yet the Metal Knight body was taken apart in the Monster Association base. While the Organization and G5 are good suspects, it seems odd that if Bofoi was part of the organization that he would use one of his robots to disassemble another one. Drive Knight had the perfect opportunity to disassemble Metal Knight while G5 could get the battle data that he claimed he got during the two days. He also let the surface team be beaten and claims he needed to watch Nyan fight to get a good strategy to fight him. He then gets as much information out of Sekingar about the non-Bofoi related defenses of the Hero Association as he can when G5 shows up and attacks Sekingar and only Sekingar. He seems to glare at Genos when he pops in to save Sekingar. Later on, Drive Knight fights alongside Genos to stop a local threat at the zoo. He continues to claim that Bofoi the threat, that Bofoi made the Mad Cyborg, and that the Mad Cyborg wiped out his village just like Genos. When Genos aims he will talk to Saitama and Dr. Kuseno about the issue before moving on Bofoi, Dr. Kuseno is convenientoy murdered by robots that encourage Genos to attack Bofoi immediately. The fact that we don't know who gave Drive Knight his cybernetics is also a huge missing piece of the puzzle. His name is also "Zero" which could potentially mean he is G0, as in the first working prototype of the G series.
* ''Dr. Kuseno''. The good doctor is a good candidate for the mastermind of the Organization. For one, he is a master in cybernetics. He could have easily have made the Mad Cyborg. He also followed the Cyborg around and turned one of its victims, Genos, in a cyborg that he could potentially use against the Hero Association. Genos is effectively a child soldier. He is a third party not directly involved with the Hero Association, unlike Metal Knight and Drive Knight, and may see the Hero Association as rivals. The problem starts at him being murdered by Organization robots. While it is possible he could fact his death with a fake body, he isn't really known for making fully organic copies of people's bodies.
* ''There isnt a traitor'', at least not among the heroes. The Organization is pitting the Hero Association against each other. While Drive Knight suspects Dr. Bofoi, Bofoi doesn't suspect Drive Knight in return despite him being the obvious option.
