There's an obscure one-shot from 2000 that featured a flashback of Kate being replaced at birth with a member of The Neo, an obscure mutant off-shoot from Claremont's return to the X-Men.
!!Three-way chess
Krakoan chess will include all red, white, and black pieces, with one of them lined up on either side of the board.
* Or the board will be triangular to reflect that two sides can ally against the third, as is the case with Hellfire Trading Company internal politics. The rules will also need to allow for betrayal.
!! Sinister is going to try to create a "Super-Omega" mutant and will end up regretting it like Magneto did.
Magneto once tried to create an [[UltimateLifeForm artificial super-mutant]] ("Alpha") and ended up being regressed to childhood by it. Sinister is looking to play around with the genes of various Omega-level mutants, including several RealityWarper types. He may end up the victim of his own creation(s), as will Krakoa.
