It's easily presumed that the tracks that didn't make it onto Part 2 were either unfinished or not recorded at all before MCA got too sick to continue work on them. I doubt the Beasties would release something they weren't utterly confident about, at least so soon after disbanding. I don't doubt there's some listenable material left over, and releasing a final "Beatles - Anthology" type compilation of cool stuff they couldn't release seems like something they would do.
