However, we do know he's a ''master'' hacker, able to start up Helix, trump Felicity and create the tracer, so he obviously must be pretty good. So what if he's Noah Kuttler, the Calculator? It would explain how good a hacker he supposedly is, and why he's so dangerous ARGUS detains him with no trial. "Cayden James" could just be an alias of his. Bonus if he and Felicity meet up because of this, and Diggle has another WhatTheHellHero? moment to Lyla about it.
