''Jack Jeanne'' is an Otome game VisualNovel developed by {{Creator/Broccoli}}, with Sui Ishida (Of ''Manga/TokyoGhoul'' fame) at the helm for the game's visual design and story.

* HotterAndSexier: Compared to the Sleepless King that's reminiscent of a classic fairy tale or the gothic horror of Mary Jane, Oh Rama Havenna takes place in a more gritty setting that references more mature topics like prostitution and drugs.

In the main game, Kisa is a nice girl who goes out of her way to help others whenever possible, earning their respect and working hard to become the top performer in her class. In contrast, the manga one-shot ''Puppet'', which is a prequel, stars an unnamed Amber student who is a condescending jerk who looks down on others and dreams of becoming the Jack Ace of his grade, is vehemently jealous of Chui, who manages to outperform him in every way, and is later reduced to just doing background performances for Amber.

* AwesomenessByAnalysis: Pursuing further in his route reveals that [[spoiler:Fumi knew Kisa is a girl right from the start since the entrance exam, simply through seeing Kisa dance. This also implies that Fumi is a SecretSecretKeeper in the other routes regarding her true gender. The ending of his route also has Enishi and the Director lampshade this, mentioning that Fumi is one of the more intuitive and smart students and thus there's no fooling him]].

* ChildhoodFriends: Kisa and Soushirou, one of the game's love interest, are childhood friends who used to play "Make believe" together with Kisa's brother and dream of becoming an actor together. Soushirou moved away in middle school, but is reunited with Kisa at the start of the game.

* CantCatchUp: When Kisa and Suzu get cast as prominent characters in the fall performance, Soshiro starts to feel insecure about his lack of improvement on his acting, starting from when he gets relegated to a nameless background character in said play.

* CelibateHeroine: One of the possible endings for Kisa is this if you chose not to pursue anybody and did not max out at least ''one'' of the stats that correspond with the love interests by the time of the fourth play, and it's named the "Kisa Tachibana" route.

** The Amber first year students, Kakuto Momonashi and Utsuri Kamiya aren't pleasant towards the other first year students, especially Kisa, since she had caught the interest of Tanakamigi. This is in contrast to Rhodonite and Onyx's own 1st year student ensemble who were all a FriendlyRival to Kisa, Suzu and Soshiro.
** Kyoji Otori, a first year in Quartz, is arrogant and prideful, looks down on everyone around him, openly insults his classmates to their faces, and claims he's deserving of starring roles, though he always gets delegated to minor roles, which informs his ButtMonkey status. However, as the story continues, he also gets his own CharacterDevelopment and improves.

* LargeHam: Kokuto Neji is loud, eccentric, and chews the scenery every time he opens his mouth, especially when he's acting in the plays he writes.

* TheNicknamer: Sarafumi frequently gives out nicknames to his classmates. To wit, he calls Suzu “Su”, Soshiro “Soshi”, Mitsuki "Mitsu" and Kokuto “Kuro”.

* NotSoStoic: Despite Kai’s stoic demeanor, he has shown expressing emotion through the game and his route. One such instance being [[spoiler:when he opens up to Kisa about the loss of both his parents and him tearing up about it (which he notes is something he didn’t do when his mother passed away).]]

* ParentalAbandonment: Kai’s affection events reveals that [[spoiler:both of his parents are dead, with father dying sometime before he was born and his mother passing away from illness when he was a child]].

* RidiculouslyCuteCritter: Tummy is an adorable weasel with a cresent moon on it’s belly (hence its name) who provides much of the cuteness in the game.

* StepfordSmiler: [[spoiler: Kokuto puts on an eccentric, happy-go-lucky front to hide his inner turmoil regarding his father's suicide.]]

* SugarAndIcePersonality: Mitsuki first comes off as aloof and cold, often with a blank expression on his face, and is very prone to speaking his mind. Over time, he starts becoming more close to Quartz, and if romantically pursued, he grows more affectionate with Kisa.
* SweetPollyOliver: One of the conditions that Kisa has to accept in order to be enrolled and succeed in Univeil is that she has to disguise herself as a boy, and that no one should know of her true relation with her brother. ''Jack Jeanne'' has you be in the shoes of [[PlayerCharacter Kisa Tachibana]], who dreams to be an actor following her brother, Tsuki Tachibana’s footsteps and enroll into Univeil Theater Academy. However, her hopes were dashed as Univeil Theater Academy is [[OneGenderSchool an all boys theater school]] and was about to give up on her dream.

That is, until she was found by the School director of Univeil Theater Academy, who recognized her as the talented Tachibana Tsuki's sister, and soon enlisted her to be enrolled into the school to change the age old tradition of the theater academy, and accomplish her dream.

* JackOfAllTrades: What makes Tsuki Tachibana famous is his ability of being able to play as both Jack and a Jeanne. [[InTheBlood And Kisa can follow suit should you play your cards right]]. [[spoiler:This makes Kisa a potential prospect by other seniors to get her to transfer out of class Quartz. Class Onyx wanted her as their Jeanne, while Rhodonite wanted Kisa to join as a new Jack. Class Amber, specifically, Chui Tanakamigi, wanted Kisa to join Amber for the sheer potential of her talent]].

* BaitAndSwitch: At one point before the summer play, Kisa is confronted by Mare and his friends, and at first, the scene plays out like they're about to subject Kisa to StockShoujoBullyingTactics, as they tell Kisa not to half-ass transferring into Rhodonite[[note]]For context, the class leaders of Onyx and Rhodonite take notice of Kisa's talent and each want her to transfer into their classes, with Onyx wanting her in as a Jeanne, and Rhodonite wanting her as a Jack.[[/note]], complete with ominous music in the background. When Kisa asks them if they hate the idea of her transferring into Rhodonite...Mare immediately clarifies that he just wants Kisa to come prepared if she makes a serious decision about it, with him and his friends that they'd be delighted if Kisa did actually transfer to Rhodonite, with the mood and music turning back into being light-hearted.
