You play as Ed Miller, the photographer hired to take part in the seance and get proof of the afterlife. And now you have more than you ever wanted, as you've ended up on the other side of the Shroud. Bound to the Barclay Mansion, your worst instincts have come alive and are whispering in your ear. You know that somewhere in this mansion, your wife Rachel is still in danger. You have to find her and save her... because Howard ''did'' have a lot of old ghosts, and they're not happy.
