Meanwhile, in Human Realm, Yue Qingshu, a disciple of Mingshu Sect, by chance saves a boy named Ziqiu, who turns out to be a vessel for a Deity Lord Aoxu, and a target for Demons. She also encounters Xiu Wu, who ended up in Human Realm, and accidentally forms a link with him. Together, they set out to stop Demons from invading the Human Realm. They are later joined by Bai Moqing, a disciple of another Sect, and Sang Yo, a wandering doctor with a crush on Moqing.
