''Star Warrior II'' is an MediaNotes/RPGMaker MZ game developed by [=Classi5ed=] in 2024, as a sequel to the in-universe ''Star Warrior'' game in ''VideoGame/LieOfCaelum''.

Hiro is an agent who takes on a job from the organization, Dia, to explore the dangerous planet of Castor after a search team went missing. Along the way, he teams up with two other agents, Cerise and Kyral, to improve their odds of succeeding in the mission. However, Vie, the daughter of Dia's leader Emilio, is also exploring Castor and refuses to return to base. Worse yet, the Primal Wisps from the legend of the Star Warrior make a surprise appearance on the planet, making it clear the Cosmic Darkness is involved in Castor's mess.

!This game contains examples of:
* ActionCommands: On the third attack of a combo, inputting the attack just before the window of opportunity ends results in a "Just Attack" that turns all hits of that attack critical. With the Eye of the Sealed relic, all attacks and Flow Arts have Just Attack timing.
* AlwaysAccurateAttack: The party members have 90% default accuracy, but if the player times their Just Attack correctly while having the Lor's Hand relic, that attack won't miss.
* AndManGrewProud: The Altian civilization was the most advanced known civilization, but they destroyed themselves with their own infighting.
* BittersweetEnding: In the true ending, obtained by [[spoiler:not telling Boss about Vie]], the party defeats [[spoiler:the Cosmic Darkness, but they have to [[MercyKill kill Vie]] in the process because it assimilated her]].
* BossRush: When the party enters the Deep in the true ending path, they aren't allowed to leave and they must defeat the Demon Vile, Rolling Bunker, Primal and Soul Wisps, and the Falchion Hi-Frame again before getting the save point before the TrueFinalBoss.
* BrattyTeenageDaughter: Vie, the daughter of Dia's leader, runs off with the key to Alta and refuses to return to base. She's also very rude to the party when they try to get her to return, though if they don't tell Emilio about her, she'll help them defeat the Falchion and warms up to them. She also reveals that she's exploring Alta against her father's wishes because she wants to find out what happened to her missing mother. This makes it all the more tragic when [[spoiler:she turns out to be the host of the Cosmic Darkness, and it's implied that her desire to explore Alta was partially influenced by the Darkness as a ploy to lure the Star Warriors into the Deep]].
* CombatMedic: Cerise can apply regen to the party and can learn a revive skill from a sidequest. She can also deal decent single-target damage with her machine gun, though not as much as Hiro.
* {{Combos}}: The player can string up to three regular attacks with the Confirm button. After getting the Red Flow Relic, they can also add a Flow Art to the end of the regular attacks with the Cancel button.
* DemonicPossession: In both endings, [[spoiler:Vie turns out to be the host of the Cosmic Darkness. She isn't fully aware of it, but has a bad feeling if the player makes her go back to Dia's base. Sure enough, she's fully taken over in the bad ending and kills everyone in the base]].
* DownerEnding: If the player [[spoiler:tells Emilio about Vie, this leads to Vie going back to the base. Unfortunately, the Cosmic Darkness fully assimilates her and kills everyone in the base, and then forces the party into a deep slumber]].
* GlassCannon: Hiro is a downplayed example that sits between this and LightningBruiser. He can buff his offense and speed and he has the best single target damage. His armor's defense is on par with Kyral's, but his HP is low and his self-buff also comes with a penalty to defense.
* MightyGlacier: Kyral has the best equipment for defense and HP and their Warcry skill draws enemy aggro while buffing defense. They also have low speed and while they have good AOE damage, their single-target damage isn't as good as Hiro's.
* PointOfNoReturn: The Deep is the final dungeon of the game if the player is on the true ending path, and they cannot leave it once they enter. Fortunately, the save point before the final boss instantly refills all consumables, which makes up for the inability to return to the base's shop.
* StrongFamilyResemblance: The final dungeon contains logs [[spoiler:from someone with the same sprite as Vie. Vie later shows up to clarify that these are her mother's logs]].
* TimeDilation: In the true final dungeon, the Deep, [[spoiler:Vie reveals she was trapped there for over a thousand years, yet it only seemed she entered there recently]].
