At the beginning of the game, there's a choice of four social medias that Pom can check, in any order the player may please, to continue onward with the story. Pom gives a dismissive one-liner about the news in these, lampshading how dull and boring they've become recently... Except she doesn't have a chance to check on the one left for last, [[SkewedPriorities because she was too busy dying IRL]]. The whole game happens because she's way too anxious to check what news she missed there, maybe make this whole shebang worth the trouble, which is exactly what happens in the Bad Ending. [[spoiler: No, it wasn't. It was yet another canned, jaded one-liner, about the same old stuff happening every day in there. Pom missed absolutely nothing.]] It's by going against this kind of fulfillment trappings from social medias that Pom gets the Good Ending. * DogStereotype: Averted. Each dog has a personality in line with what the breed is actually like, rather than how it's stereotyped. Pom seems to be an exception, [[spoiler: but her speech she gives to Shibe in the good ending suggests that her aggressive attitude comes from failing at several things, and becoming disillusioned about what she'll amount to.]]
