* AntiFrustrationFeatures: Subverted. Many of the streamlined features added in later versions of the vanilla release of ''LISA: The Pointless'' were changed in this mod to bring back the NintendoHard factor:

* NintendoHard: The original ''LISA the Pointless'' was hard enough, this fan-made expansion takes it up to eleven. While there's tons of extra areas to explore, you aren't given that much extra items to keep your party alive, and a majority of the new enemies you fight have a generous amount of health that will take a while to defeat if you're not familiar with the ''Pointless''' formula. Additionally, some saving graces like the tree bearing infinite Rotten Fruit on Garbage Island, or the meat seller in Downtown Olathe have been nerfed to not give you as many free options for HP and SP recovery respectively. Not only that, but every item seller in the game has limited stock now, so the merchants will actually run out of stock and prevent you from buying any healing items in bulk.

** On Garbage Island, beating three BonusBoss fights, visiting Wasteville, and completing the Trash Enlightenment sidequest will upgrade Roland’s fight[[note]]If Georgy left you he starts the fight KOd by Roland, either getting up by himself on the second phase or being revived beforehand, Roland opens the fight with his AOE attack, and kills Augustus before he finishes reviving your party, leaving Alex and Joel to fight a now [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone shocked and saddened Roland]], and drops the Scummy Valve[[/note]], and skip the Richie Cheasedust fight after[[spoiler: since he was [[HeroicSacrifice mauled by a Rag Maggot protecting Roland]].]]

** Arnold Shpitz’s fight changes depending on if you either went through downtown with less than 8 kills. Since [[spoiler: Arnold’s much less tired than normal, he becomes much stronger and faster, KOing your party much easier than normal. His second phase is also replaced by a [[BodyOfBodies Hyperfold with many copies of Arnold’s torso all over it]] granting [[ExtraTurn multiple extra attacks]], and the Core also occasionally shoots fireballs at you.]] But hey, you get [[BraggingRightsReward an intact Brass Knuckle for managing to kill this souped up Arnold!]]

** The fight versus The Kent can be switched to an alternate version where he fights alone, barehanded, and [[UnstoppableRage pissed off]] if you shave his mustache with a trimmer, scaring off Wesley Derb Jr. and killing his other flunky when they suggest not flipping out over the mustache. Similarly, his other companion depends on if you sided with [[ChekovsGunman Bepe Stormer or Tibby Dobbs in their argument over the Central Powers]].

** EarnYourBadEnding: [[spoiler: As reaching the 3rd fold requires killing 48 people, you have to go through a LOT of work to reach this ending.]]

* PsychoKnifeNut: Hugo Leopardi and his scalpel. [[spoiler:If challenged on the Second Fold route, he proves far deadlier with it than anyone else Alex and Joel have fought up to that point]].

* TurnsRed: [[spoiler:If Alex reaches the second fold of Infinity, he's able to challenge Hugo Leopardi before being taken hostage. Hugo merely prepares to gut him as he does in the original game...unless Alex uses Disarming Chop to make him drop his scalpel. After a moment's consideration, Hugo picks his weapon back up, fully heals himself, and decides to give Alex and Joel his undivided attention]].

You would "recruit" [[spoiler:Shurik Caukaz... a character met in the underground campsite in Autumn, as in ''the absolute end of the game,'' and even though he has a range of skills if you look at his stats screen, it's rendered useless since [[ShootTheShaggyDog he gets killed by Hugo regardless]].]]

* EstablishingCharacterMoment: Thanks to the redesign of the [[BossOnlyLevel Olathe School Basement]] in Downtown Olathe, [[ClimaxBoss Arnold Shpitz]] gets a new showcase where he’s seen sitting on an ledge above you before getting attacked by a large and intimidating franchiser. As he charges Arnold, he [[TheStoic doesn’t change expression]], readies his fists, and [[OffWithTheirHead punches the other franchiser’s head off]] in one blow before leaving.

* AdultFear: Tony, Shammi, Danny and Manny are just kids hiding in a playground amidst the [[HatePlague Infinity Franchise-infested Olathe]], without a single adult taking care of them.
