* The best friend from "Detention". Even with an AlcoholicParent [[spoiler:and him knowing that the death he caused was an accident]], he still went on to become an addict for years to "honor" his friend and tell everyone under the sun that he committed suicide. Not to mention that he allowed his friend's loving parents and girlfriend to believe for a decade that he took his own life and sat on knowledge of the girlfriend's stepfather's abuse of her.

That gangbanger was present when Luther's brothe Vaughan died and since he had the stolen Scooter, Luther may have even thought he was directly responsible. Still reckless but not as bad as painted by that post. Also, Patrick had just left when the shooting started.

* [[UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom Leah]], the victim's female "friend" from "Wishing". To wit, she had a crush on the boy, a mentally disabled classmate, and when she goads him into kissing her, her boyfriend walks in on them, she claims he took advantage of her, he and his friends beat the kid up, her parents press charges, and he winds up being [[MercyKill mercy-killed]] by his teenage guardian. She could have told the truth ages ago, but let the subsequent tragedies happen to save face and is now deservedly left with her guilt.

* While the other Bubley brothers from "[[Recap/ColdCaseS3E6SavingPatrickBubley Saving Patrick Bubley]]" had tragic deaths, Luther's just comes off as him being TooDumbToLive, as he for some inexplicable reason thought that it would be a good idea to shoot a gang member in the leg with a bunch of other gang members (not to mention bystanders, including his younger brother Patrick) present in a public place, sparking a shootout that not only killed Luther, but two other people as well. And the whole thing is blamed on Miguel Maldonado, even though he had nothing to do with it beyond being the target of Luther's unbelievably inept attempt at RevengeByProxy.
