Korean Drunk Hobo is a rabid fanboy of Darker Than Black who is infatuated with Hei.

Welcome to the NHK and Darker than Black are the only 2 Seinen anime he has watched, so he does not have genre-awareness. He watched Naruto, Bleach and Fullmetal Alchemist before deciding that they were "for kids", not realising the fact that he IS just a kid (being over 18 years old does not mean that you are not a kid, an old person can still be immature).
He also respects the fact that some people like anime, whilst others do not.
