* WhatCouldHaveBeen: On Day 1 of Limited Life, the Boogeyman mechanism is modified so that once a Boogeyman gets a kill and is cured, a new Boogeyman will be chosen. The modification itself is a ThrowItIn because Grian (and with the agreement of everyone else) thought it was too anti-climatic for Scott (and later Bdubs) to commit murder within minutes if not seconds after the announcement, leaving the Boogeyman position otherwise out of commission for the rest of the day. Had this not happened, Skizz and Big B might have been spared a couple of hours each, while Bdubs might not have lost a couple of hours himself as Skizz otherwise had no beef with him and would have no reason to duel or go after him.

** Throughout the series and especially in Limited Life, sneaking too far out of the world border results in the player taking damage in-game. In-universe, it apparently manifests as ''one's flesh being gradually melted off'', but again, Minecraft limitations means this can't be shown.

Added DiffLines:

* GameplayAndStorySegregation:
** In Limited Life, the in-game timekeeping mechanism relies on the death messages in the in-game chat to measure how much life-time a server member loses or gains upon each death. However, since many of the kills are indirect and the killer's name doesn't always appear in the death message, especially for TNT minecart-related deaths, the individual player timers have to be manually adjusted by admin intervention and/or command input in-game. This has also contributed to some of the characters (read: one Jimmy Solidarity) living longer than they're supposed to.

** The Limited Life finale's ending technically happened two or three ways: in-universe, Martyn is stated by WordOfGod to have returned to the Coral Isles to make a final change to his hourglass build before running out of time; in his video, it's presented as a cinematic of Martyn experiencing visions of the past while the ghosts of his dead friends counted down his life-time until it dwindled to zero. However, Scott's perspective of the finale presents the ''out-of-universe'' ending where Grian, as the admin, simply strikes Martyn down with lightning.
