Afterwards, he would have told his story to him (he was the Main/SoleSurvivor of a gang of monstrous versions of Mario & Luigi that Jack already slaughtered offscreen), convincing Prime Mario to pursue and stop him. It got changed, as Pighead felt that [[spoiler: the use of the infamous "Backwards Long Jump" glitch served better as Main/{{Foreshadowing}} of her Main/AuthorAvatar' destruction of the icebergs]].
*** The skit starring [[VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys Freddy Fazbear]] in Chapter 3 served as a replacement of another idea in which [[spoiler:the fictional Pighead]] would have filmed herself talking and doing freestyle raps Main/OnceAnEpisode about the current events happening in ''Infinity Crisis''. We still see one of those raps in Chapter 8 but the initial idea has been mostly abandoned since the author didn't feel there was a need for that.

*** Chapter 9 was originally intended as a direct sequel to Chapter 4, in which the scenes scrapped for that one would have been repurposed, with D.E.L.I.L.A.H. still serving as the narrator. The plan was completely abandoned after Pighead took a look at the WMG page of the fic and decided it was a more interesting subject (in addition of wanting to [[Main/MilestoneCelebration celebrate the 1 000 views]] on the series).

** In ''Another Side of the Glimpses'', it is noted on the commentary that D.E.L.I.L.A.H.' appearance and increased importance wasn't planned at all: she originally wanted to just use the "LIL_HEAD" name as a Main/ShoutOut. It's only after the author watched a video by [=YouTuber=] Red Herring about the Adult Swim ARG that she decided to add characters and concepts from it into the narrative. Also, everything in Main/WhatCouldHaveBeen above shows that Pighead uses this method a lot.

* MissingEpisode: A one-shot posted on Wattpad, ''Ghost Stories'', and introducing [[Franchise/KingdomHearts Sora]] has been removed from the main TVTropes page for leading to a dead link, indicating that it's gone for the time being. ''Excuse Me, Did Someone Saw the Keyblade Guy?'', by The Pighead, makes this removal a plot point.

** The first chapter of ''Tomorrow's Guardians'' had Alara on the crew of the ''Orville''. Right after publication, the character was written out when the actress left the show. It was thus altered to replace Alara with the character of Talla.
** After [[spoiler: she's split off from Lena Luthor, Morgan Le Fay is shown in ''Counterpart Conferences'' to have altered her appearance to now look like Creator/ElizabethHurley as Morgan in the ''Series/{{Runaways 2017}}'' show.]]
** It had been said that the Sara of Earth-2 died with her Oliver on the yacht sinking. Then the ''Arrow'' series had Black Siren revealing she was still alive. In ''Tomorrow's Guardians'', it's explained by Black Siren admitting that her Sara survived but they had a falling-out and thus easier to think she was dead.
** ''Legacy of Lightning'' initially established that ''Series/{{Smallville}}'' took place on Earth-21; later revelations in ''Series/CrisisOnInfiniteEarths2019'' prompted Weyer to change the number to Earth-167, albeit making it clear that this version won't have Clark losing his powers.
** ''Salvation Run'' reveals that [[spoiler:Felicity was replaced by the Skrull Lyja around the time Oliver first faced Ra's al Ghul, justifying her more ruthless actions after that point]].
** In ''Generation Gaps'', Hope reveals that the system that sent her and Scott to the quantum realm during the initial snap had a failsafe relay, allowing them to return to Earth after Hank and Janet were taken by the Snap whereas canon saw Scott stuck in the Quantum Realm for five years/hours.

*** At one point, Pighead planned to expand a bit on the parts of the narrative related to Creator/Valve characters, with [[VideoGame/HalfLife Alyx Vance]] (more specifically, [[spoiler: the version of her shown in ''VideoGame/HalfLifeAlyx'', qualified in the commentary as a "post-retcon" version of her]]) being freed and hired by [[spoiler: the fictional Pighead]] before showing up in the last chapter to fight Dreadpool. This went unused, as the author admitted she wasn't really interested in doing so.

*** In Chapter 6, it was planned to shown the Gorillaz holding an audition for a new bassist and choosing Ace as their final choice, the full bank robbing orchestrated by the Fans (with Weasel Kid as a minor casualty, as he would have been shot in the leg, and UB!Clef & Kondraki as the ones running the operation) and the introduction of Characters/SupermanSuperboyPrime, who would have come from the same Earth as the Gorillaz (making Murdoc the one responsible for the loss of his family and his girlfriend rather than the Anti-Monitor).
