* FanNickname: Phoenix in ''Apollo Justice'' is [=HoboPhoenix=], Naruhobo, or Hobonix, and Daryan Crescend is "Dickhead" for, well, [[UnfortunateCharacterDesign obvious reasons]]. 20-year-old Edgeworth, with the more elaborate jacket, is "Bratworth" and the college-aged pink-sweatered Phoenix is "Feenie." The country the game takes place in is called "Japanifornia", especially as later installments have made it ''really hard'' for the localization team to come up with {{Hand Wave}}s as to why these increasingly Japanese characters and settings are [[ThinlyVeiledDubCountryChange actually totally in Los Angeles]].

** Someone on this very site's WMG page managed to predict that [[spoiler:Bobby Fulbright]] in ''Dual Destinies'' was [[spoiler:the real killer in the case in which Blackquill was convicted of murder]]. [[spoiler: It's a little more complicated than that, though.]]

** A reviewer, writing for the [[http://www.filmfestivalrotterdam.com/en/films/gyakuten-saiban/ International Film Festival of Rotterdam]], claims that the ''Ace Attorney'' series is like a "non-digital board game" with "lots of cards". The same reviewer also claims that the game is not very visual. Clearly, the reviewer has not picked up a DS and played through one of the cases.
** [[invoked]]The same reviewer also claimed that [[http://www.aaonline.fr/ Ace Attorney Online]] is where one can find "free trial packages", as in "free cases to play that are sponsored by Capcom." This carries the UnfortunateImplications that the fansite is actively supporting creating knock-off games. This caused the owner of the fansite to make it doubly clear that his site is NOT affiliated with nor sponsored by Capcom. HE also made it clear that the website is to help people create fan-made trials, and that it's not ripping-off Capcom.

Added DiffLines:

* TheOtherDarrin: In the GBA and DS games, the few voiced lines the characters had were given by members of the production and localization teams (e.g. Phoenix's Japanese voice was series creator Shu Takumi, and Franziska's English voice was Janet Hsu, head of the localization team). With the 3DS games adding fully-voiced cutscenes, actual voice actors were required, meaning any returning characters (i.e. Phoenix, Apollo, Klavier, Edgeworth) had their voices replaced.
