** Ending 4, while very heartwarming, can be sad at times. [[spoiler:Each of the dimensions have their members sleeping together, except the Fusion Dimension. Sora was seen sleeping with the Synchro Dimension citizens next to Jack Atlas, completely covered in the shade, while Serena was seen sleeping next to Sawatari and later the other Lancers. Yuri was completely alone despite the peaceful expression on his face. It gives us wonder to the dynamics of their dimension if even the Synchro Dimension people are sleeping together, which included douche-bags like Gallager, Duel Chaser 227 and the Executive Council. Dennis is nowhere to be seen among the people sleeping, signifying his expulsion from the Lancers.]]
** What Yuya goes throughout the series is just depressing. He already has a horrible past and due to his power and potential, he is forced to face a war that goes against his beliefs and each time he tries to do things his way, he is mocked and hated for it.
** Yuya's reaction to his father's disappearance and being reduced to [[ShrinkingViolet a]] [[AllOfTheOtherReindeer wreck.]] Episode 1 is a good example.
