There's also no mention of how far "out of phase" [=DS9=]'s chronometers are with those of the ''Enterprise'', or those of the colony nearby that Worf was said to be assisting with their defensive systems when he showed up. Meaning that it potentially was originally meant as a sign of him still struggling with accepting her death and either oversleeping or failing to set an alarm because of his grief.
